We make multiple decisions everyday that affect our future.  Not only our future while living but our eternal future.  God gives us the free will to choose our path in life and eternity.  So I guess the question is, are you making good choices?

Do you consider the outcome of your choice or do you just live for the moment.  These decisions change who you are and impact all around you either in a positive way or a negative way.  Do you choose to believe or not to believe?  Your decisions today impact your future, make them count!

Dear Lord God, I know I haven't always made good choices, guide me along the narrow road.  Be my guiding light in all my decisions.  May I do unto others as I would have them do unto me.  Give us hope for tomorrow, lighten our load and may the grace of God rest on those who are making good decisions.  I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.  Mary, our Mother, pray for us.

1 Corinthians 2:11

"Among human beings, who knows what pertains to a person except the spirit of the person that is within? Similarly, no one knows what pertains to God except the Spirit of God."
‭‭

What a great adventure life is, it can change so quickly.  You know in your heart what you must do and then you leap.  Do you consult God before you leap?   Do you have a talk with Him to insure you are following His direction?

Maybe you are at one of those cross roads and are trying to figure it out, speak to Him.  God knows your past, so do you.  He also knows your future, you don't.  Follow your heart but make sure you and God are talking regularly.  And remember to listen, the most important part of any conversation.  

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for this great adventure.  I thank You for the calmness in Your presence and the sense of peace.  May others come to know you in the quietness of their hearts.  May they spend time with You and see what You see.  Amen.  Mary, our Spiritual Mother, pray for us.

1 Corinthians 2:4-5

"and my message and my proclamation were not with persuasive (words of) wisdom, but with a demonstration of spirit and power, so that your faith might rest not on human wisdom but on the power of God."

How does the Spirit move us?  I don't know why I wake each morning and feel compelled to reflect upon scripture.  I do know that I Love God with all my heart.  God is real, He exists, He has power that we can not even comprehend.  

For most of my life, my faith rested on human wisdom, not no more, I believe.  This can never be taken away.  I can't describe or explain it effectively in words.  Only thru the power of God does it make sense.  My prayer is that you have an encounter with the Creator of the universe, then you will understand.  

Dear Lord Jesus, we live in a world that tries to explain you away.  Please make your presence known to more.  Give them hope for eternity, place with in them an undying faith in You.  I thank You for Your blessings and grace.  May you impact us in an unbelievable way this week.  I ask this in Your most holy name, Amen.  Mary, Mother of Jesus, pray for us.

What is too sublime for you, seek not,
into things beyond your strength search not.

Are you being true to yourself?  Do not exalt yourself, if it is to be then God will allow it.  Too many times we seek thinking that will bring happiness, we are going beyond our means.  Be happy where you are at.

You ever watch someone go beyond their means, living large.  They are not using the gifts God gave them wisely.  God knows who you are, why be someone you are not.  As the good book says - "To the one who has, more will be given; from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away." Mark‬ ‭4:25‬ ‭

Dear Heavenly Father, instill in us true freedom, freedom from the wages of sin, freedom of want and desire.  May we desire only to do your will not to exalt ourselves but only to please you.  I thank You in advance to be able to hear Your word today.  May my ears be attentive to Your message, in Jesus name, Amen.  Mary, Virgin of virgins, pray for us.

I watched a good movie last night, "McFarland, USA".  It was about migrant workers who dominated cross country meets in California.  They had nothing of worldly value, but they were rich.  Family, faith and community was important to them.  

Are you rich with these gifts(family, faith and community).  Or does your pride come from other things?   We seek what the world gives but only Jesus can give what brings happiness.  Maybe it is time to think of Him and boast of Him.  

Dear Heavenly Father, each day you give us is a gift.  Help us eliminate our prideful ways.  Help us see the beauty that is around us.  Help us see joy in what ever you ask of us.  Help us answer Your call.  Send us Your Holy Spirit and allow us to be sensitive to His promptings.  In Jesus name, Amen.  Mary, Most Beautiful, pray for us.

Luke 21:36

"Be vigilant at all times and pray that you have the strength to escape the tribulations that are imminent and to stand before the Son of Man.""
‭‭

Jesus had the strength, he bore all our sins on the cross.  He was doing the will of His Father, God.  I am sure there are some who think this verse is saying you will not be here during the tribulations.   I don't see it that way, Jesus was without sin and yet He died on a cross, what makes you so special?

We face trials and sufferings each day, how do you handle them?   Do you have Jesus to help you through or are you tough enough by yourself.  I need Jesus because without Him I am weak.  Real strength comes from God, pray for it not only for yourself but for others as well.  You have to ask!  

Dear Lord, we fall victim to the schemes of the devil, give us strength to stand firm in your word, give us strength to over come, give us strength to put what ever vice we face behind us.  Give us Jesus, Lord, to fight out battles.  Prepare us Lord to stand before You, in Jesus name, Amen.  Our Mother of Perpetual Help, pray for us.

"God is faithful, and by him you were called to fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord."

You were called to fellowship with Christ, what does this mean to you?   Do you have a relationship with Jesus?  We were created to walk with God, just look at the story of Adam and Eve before the apple.  This is the fellowship this verse is speaking about, IMOP. 

Then, just like Adam and Eve, we let sin interfere, it puts distance between us and God.  God never moves away from us, it is us.  You are called to fellowship with Jesus, only you know if He is a friend you lean on.  Have you answered the call?

Dear Lord Jesus, You are amazing!  I thank You for Your friendship in my life.  I pray I never let sin set us apart, if it does bring me back through confessions.   Bring joy back into those lives that are needing peace.  May the peace of Christ overcome all our weaknesses.  I ask this in Your Holy name, Jesus Christ.  Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us.

Psalms 145:10-11

"All your works give you thanks, LORD and your faithful bless you. They speak of the glory of your reign and tell of your mighty works,"

What a blessing to believe and have faith.  The day is beginning and all I want to do is give thanks for knowing The Triune God is at my side.  There is strength in Jesus, it is He that we should call upon.  

Give glory to God this morning and throughout the day.  Speak of His glory and tell others how He has helped you.  Don't take your faith for granted and be sure to nurture it.  Stay the course and Thank God for He has already won the battle!!

Dear Lord Jesus, I thank You for the day ahead, I thank You for Your encouraging words through out the day.  I Thank You for Your strength to fight the good fight.  I thank You for the Warriors You bring into my life.  May I bless You today with my life and may I be a pleasing offering in Your site.  Amen.  Mary, Queen of angels, pray for us.

Our journey of faith, we never really know where it will lead us.  Just when you think you have it figured out, God reveals so much more to you   It is God's word and His presence that speaks to us.  

Traditions, are they to be ignored?  Are we to create a new way?  No, we are to hold fast to them.  Traditions are handed down from generation to generation.  Are you passing them on or have you found something that APPEARS to be so much better.  

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.  Blessed art thou amongst women and Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.  Amen.

I had a conversation with someone recently and I made a suggestion to then. Their response was I could never do that. It was something worthy and something I knew they could do.

Stretching ourselves is what God ask of us. We must go beyond our comfort zone and become what God has called each of us to be. I understood where this person was at but I also understand that it is God that gives us the strength. Trust in Him and fulfill His purpose.

Dear Father God, give us faith to go beyond our doubts and fears. I thank you for all that I face, even the uncomfortable stuff for it makes me grow. Allow me to call upon You when in need and I thank You for Your mercy. Protect Your loved ones and bring peace to those in need. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen. Mother of Great Hope, pray for us.

Hebrews 12:11

"At the time, all discipline seems a cause not for joy but for pain, yet later it brings the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who are trained by it."

I remember as a kid getting disciplined, it wasn't so much the discipline but the waiting for it, dad was the one who disciplined.   I always brought it on myself and I learned not to do it again sometimes

not right away.  

We all deal with situations that are painful but if we persevere in doing what God is asking of us we will see the fruits of His efforts.   We must follow His direction, ignoring it doesn't make it go away.  

Dear Lord God, today is Sunday, we have an opportunity to sit in Your presence and be loved by You.   We get to hear Your word and praise You in Church.  Shows us how this brings joy into our lives and peace into our families.   I thank You for Your grace that we receive and I look forward to the week ahead, in Jesus name, Amen.  Mary Most Pure, pray for us.

"Call no one on earth your father; you have but one Father in heaven."

1 Corinthians 4:15

"Even if you should have countless guides to Christ, yet you do not have many fathers, for I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel."

I am sure you have been challenged with this scripture by some of your Protestant friends. The apostle Paul calls himself a father in Christ. He seen his role as that to guide others to Christ, to lead them to a deeper understanding.

What was Jesus telling us by saying call no one father? I have a earthly father, am I not to call him that? He is my father and has been my teacher, I don't think God objects to him being called father.

I call my priest father, likewise he is my teacher and also like a spiritual father so once again I don't think God objects. Even the apostle Paul called himself father, isn't the priest trying to do the same thing?

In my opinion, I believe Jesus was telling us there is one ultimate Father in heaven, we are not to place all our faith on anyone here but to place all our faith in God. If our faith is on God then no matter what happens here, our faith can not be shaken.

Dear Heavenly Father, there are many who have fallen away because their faith was on man, Lord show them there is only one Father in heaven. Teach us Lord to love and honor You no matter what goes on here. I thank You for Your companionship and for Your guidance. May we be living examples of the love of Christ today. Mary, Most Renowned, pray for us. Amen.

Ezekiel 37:4-5

"Then he said to me: Prophesy over these bones, and say to them: Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones: Listen! I will make breath enter you so you may come to life."
‭‭

You ever get thirsty?  Your body tells you to drink in order to quench its thirst.  The soul gets thirsty as well, over time we can become spiritually dry if we are not quenching that thirst.  

I witnessed this recently and just like these verses the spirit of this person came alive.  There was a pep in their step and not only that they were sharing that spirit with others.  It is the breath of God that empowers us be sure to quench the thirst your soul is asking for.  God is the answer that you are seeking.  

Dear Triune God, we all hit dry spells, breath life into us so we continue the journey.  Full our spirits with Your Holy Word.  Guide us today so we may be a pleasing offering in Your sight.  Pray for those who are suffering Lord and may Your healing hand be upon them.  Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for us, Amen.

Matthew 22:4

"A second time he sent other servants, saying, 'Tell those invited: "Behold, I have prepared my banquet, my calves and fattened cattle are killed, and everything is ready; come to the feast. 

God's word tells us what is going on in this day and age and what will happen eventually.  He has prepared the best of the best for you an invited guest and you have to think about it. 

The choices we make each day prepare us for the wedding feast or move us away from the wedding feast.  If you are prepared you jump at the chance to go, if not prepared, you don't even know what you will miss.  God is inviting us to come to the feast.  Where is the entrance?

Dear Almighty King, I thank You for seeking us out, I thank You for pursuing us to come to the feast.  Make for us a pure heart so we may be in Your presence.  Lord, help us see which choices cause you pain and show us ways to change.  May we always call upon your most holy name, Jesus.  Mary, Virgin of virgins, pray for us, Amen.

Ezekiel 34:2

"Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and say to those shepherds, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Woe, shepherds of Israel who have been feeding themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flock?"
‭‭

Are you a shepherd?  Are you here to be served or to serve?  I have noticed a common trait among some, the world revolves around them.  They see others as a means to an end.  The others well being isn't their concern but how they can benefit from them in someway.  

Someone who is genuinely concerned about the other person are much happier.  The bumps along the way don't seem to bother them as much.  Good things seem to come their way.  So you can see how this verse does speak to us at least in the way I am perceiving it this morning.   Bring joy to those around you, have their best interest at heart, not yours.   

Dear Heavenly Father, help us see how we are to shepherd those we come in contact with.  I thank You for  sending Your Holy Spirit to shepherd us each day.  I ask for Your protection with our families and our loved ones.  Bring joy into their lives Lord God.   In your most holy name, Jesus, Amen.  Mary, Mother of Good Counsel, pray for us.

Who is your teacher, where do you take direction from?   If your heart is on the Lord and your thoughts are always on His word, you are truly blessed.  

Your path is straight, you are not being pulled this way or that but are following the Master.  It is a conscious effort that leads to divine guidance.  

Dear Lord God, I thank You for another day.  Guide my steps today, be always on my heart and on my mind.  May I meditate upon Your word today and may my path be made straight.  I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

Luke 1:46-48

"And Mary said: "My soul magnifies the Lord. And my spirit leaps for joy in God my Saviour. For he has looked with favor on the humility of his handmaid. For behold, from this time, all generations shall call me blessed."

Mary, the ark of the new covenant, who carried the Word of God.  It states clearly that "all generations shall call me blessed".   Why do some believers not see this in His word.   Does this spirit magnify the Lord?   Division is of the devil and it is apparent that he has accomplished it on this point.  

Revelations 11:19a
"And the temple of God which is in heaven was opened; and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple,"

Today we celebrate the assumption of Mary into heaven.  Revelations speaks clearly of Mary being in Heaven.  As you read the bible it begins to speak to you.  In the desert, the Israelites would worship the ark of the covenant, it carried the Word of God.   Did Mary not carry the Word of God?

Psalms 94:16
"Who will rise up for me against the wicked? Who will stand up for me against evildoers?"

This morning, I ask all our non-Catholic brothers and sisters to stand with us.  We live in strange times but know that God is ultimately in control so fear not.  The Hail Mary is all found in Gods Word, will you not say one today in honor of the Blessed Mother.  

Dear Heavenly Father, You selected Mary to be our Spiritual Mother, help those who do not understand to understand.  May their souls magnify You, may we see the day that all Christians unite in one Holy Catholic Church.  I ask this in the name above every other name, Jesus, Amen.  Mary most holy, pray for us.

Luke 12:49

"I have come to set the earth on fire, and how I wish it were already blazing!"

What did Jesus mean by this? There is Joy in following Christ knowing He is your Savior. You must make a decision and you can't be lukewarm. Jesus wants us on fire for Him. He knows this is what brings life to those around us.

Commitment, is in daily prayer, it is going to worship Christ at mass. It is leading your family and allowing them to make a decision. You must decide which side you are on, It is a spiritual fight we are in. Set yourself ablaze with the love of Christ and be His light, watch what happens around you, your life will be transformed! Ask for it.

Dear Heavenly Father, set our hearts ablaze for you, anoint us with your Holy Spirit, deliver us from the sins of this world and our selfish ways. I thank You Jesus for bringing passion into my spirit, may I always live for You. Be our protection in times of need and may we constantly pray for the salvation of souls. In Jesus name, Amen. Mary, Mother of God, pray for us.

"what is the meaning of this proverb you recite in the land of Israel: "Parents eat sour grapes, but the children's teeth are set on edge"?"

I never realized that as a father, how much my children paid attention.  They learned the good and the bad from my actions.  We live in a time when the father figure is under attack.  As Dads we must be soaked in prayer.   

Your children are constantly watching, a father that leads his house to God in prayer and action is not eating sour grapes, his children's teeth will not be on edge.  You are their example just like Jesus is our example like His Father is His example.  

Dear Lord Jesus, enliven within us Your Holy Spirit.  May we be humble of heart and pure in Spirit.  Give us the grace to lead our families in faith and obedience to Your word.  I ask for an outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon our families and the protection of Your guardian angels.  In Jesus name, Amen.  Mary Mother of God, pray for us.  

Jesus, our living example, this is a great listen, it will help you understand our Catholic faith and the depth of our Lords supper.

Isaiah 12:2

"God indeed is my salvation; I am confident and unafraid. For the LORD is my strength and my might, and he has been my salvation."

Living for Christ, at least for me, means turning to Him each day and walking the walk. When things don't go the way I think they should, I trust in Jesus. When dealt a difficult situation that I know not what to do, I turn to Him. I let Jesus handle it and try to be patient.

Knowing that eternity is the reward and Jesus is in charge then no matter what comes up it will be ok. My confidence is Jesus who has conquered death, He got this life of mine.

Dear Lord God, You are an awesome God. I thank You today for giving us hope in salvation. I thank You knowing that eternity with You is our reward. I thank You for walking with us today, strengthen our faith and may we rely upon Your might as we face the day. Mary, mother of God, pray for us, Amen.

Daily Thoughts 8-11-2016 Matthew 18:34-35

Matthew 18:34-35

"Then in anger his master handed him over to the torturers until he should pay back the whole debt. So will my heavenly Father do to you, unless each of you forgives his brother from his heart.""
‭‭
We can forgive someone in words but Jesus is telling us it comes from the heart.  God see's your actions and we will all be held accountable for these actions.  

It is sometimes hard to let go, this is our humanness.  I have learned when I am struggling with something that goes beyond my own self to turn to Jesus.  Ask for His help in letting go.  Do not be like the servant who has to pay back his debt.   

Something else that struck me this morning, is this scripture speaking about purgatory?  The parable begins with "That is why the kingdom of heaven may be likened to a king who decided to settle accounts with his servants."  Read the whole parable, Matthew 18:21-35 for yourself. 

Dear Heavenly Father, You are the Great Teacher and Master of all.  Be our guide in this world, help us let go of what holds us back from being who You created us for.   Show us how to be living examples of Your love.  I thank You for Your patience and Your guidance in my life and I look forward to the day ahead.  Amen.  

There is more to Christ's church than meets the eye.

2 Corinthians 9:8

"Moreover, God is able to make every grace abundant for you, so that in all things, always having all you need, you may have an abundance for every good work."

Have you considered that God is the provider of all good things, we are the dispensers?  Thing about that, how would you provide to someone who holds back the gifts?  How would you provide to someone who uses the gifts?

God gives us abundant grace,  more than we ever will need.  Ignore the flesh and walk in the spirit.   Our faith in Christ is an abundant gift that others need.  Speak life to those around you, seek those in need and watch your own problems disappear.  

Dear God, You are the giver of grace, may we not give sparingly but give with joy.  May we see with eyes of faith and trust in You.  Help us overcome our challenges by helping others.  Where there is hatred let us bring love.  Increase Your harvest Lord and let Your light shine.  Thank You for Your grace this morning.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Daily Thoughts 8-9-2017 Psalms 119:111

Psalms 119:111

"Your testimonies are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart."

Gods word, must be savored, we must chew on it and think about it. You get only one scripture verse from the daily readings, you really should read all of them. There is purpose in the teachings of the church.

We are to be open and humble in order to receive His joy. I was forced to slow down this morning in my reflection. Our mission, those that have received Christ, is to find the lost sheep. This is true joy to witness new life in Christ, to see the Master at work.

Dear Lord, I look forward to the day. I pray I am humble of heart today and am super sensitive to the promptings of Your Holy Spirit. Bless Your family Lord with Your grace and understanding, to witness to the lost sheep. May the angels in heaven rejoice with gladness today. I ask this in Jesus most holy name, Amen.

Daily Thoughts 8-8-2016 Matthew 17:27

Matthew 17:27

"But that we may not offend them, go to the sea, drop in a hook, and take the first fish that comes up. Open its mouth and you will find a coin worth twice the temple tax. Give that to them for me and for you.""

Our home is not here on this earthly kingdom. Our time is short here and we will spend eternity in the presence of God. While here Jesus always provides if we trust in Him.

I look at our priorities and see those chasing the earthly kingdom. They are blind to what is going on. I so badly want them to see Jesus. I go back to trusting in Jesus, it is He who knows their time to awake.

"But know this, that if the householder had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have left his house to be broken into. You also must be ready; for the Son of man is coming at an unexpected hour."

How much time, effort and money do you spend to make sure your house and possessions are safe?  If a thief presents themselves and you are in danger, would you protect yourself?  Of course you would.  We must ask ourselves the same question about our spiritual security and safety.  The devil is that thief that is trying to steal our sanctity.  We must make sure our heart, mind and soul is protected from him.  Instead of locks and alarms, we need to defend ourselves with prayers and devotion to the Triune God.  We all know that our life on earth is finite and we do not know what the future holds.  We do not know when God will call us, our physical life will come to an end.  As you have prepared your house, have you prepared your soul.  Brothers and sisters, you are the householder of your spiritual life; your soul.  Is it in order?

 

PRAYER:

Lord God  above, may I always be prepare to answer Your call.  It is You that determines when life begins and when it is over.  I pray that my time on earth is spent in a god-like manner and a life of service to my fellow man.  I do not now when Your call will come but I pray I have done of good job, I have girded my loins, and I am prepared to meet You.  I ask this in Your name, Amen.

Daniel 7:13

"As the visions during the night continued, I saw coming with the clouds of heaven One like a son of man. When he reached the Ancient of Days and was presented before him,"

One of these days Jesus is coming back.   There are some that believe this and there are those that don't.  It isn't hard to see what is going on in the world.  Jesus wants you to be ready, to have oil in your lamp.  

All you have to have is faith the size of a mustard seed to begin.  Just look around you, do you think this can continue for ever.  Jesus asks us to give His faith away to give it to others.  Do you do this?  Do you share the gospel message?

Dear Lord Jesus, only You know when You will return.  Give us the grace and desire to share Your gospel with others.  Add to Your church so we all can be ready for Your triumphant return.  I thank You for the Joy of knowing You and for Your many blessings.  May we honor you with our lives.  I ask this is the name of Jesus, Amen.

Deuteronomy 32:39a

"See now that I, I alone, am he, and there is no god besides me."

I think we forget that God can be a jealous God. Read the Old Testament it is full of stories and how God dealt with those that had false gods. He wasn't pleased.

There are plenty of false gods today, what is getting in your way? We all deal with them and have to decide on who we honor. God doesn't change, we are blessed that He sent His son Jesus to be our living example. Stop and Thank God for giving us Jesus.

Dear Lord, I thank You for giving us Jesus. I thank You for Him being our strength when we are feeling weak. Help us see how we need to change to honor You more, only You know our hearts. Help us remember to put You first in our lives and to not forget You can be a jealous God. Mary, Mother most merciful, pray for us, Amen.

Psalms 51:19

"My sacrifice, O God, is a contrite spirit; a contrite, humbled heart, O God, you will not scorn."

God's word impacts us differently, this is the Spirit teaching you His ways. God seeks us to come before Him and seek His guidance. You will find this guidance in His presence and in the Bible.

We must be open in order to receive, otherwise we are telling God how it is going to be. We are trying to over power God's will, this doesn't work, tried it. Jesus Loves you, all you have to do is look at His cross to know that.

Dear Lord, I am heart fully sorry for having offended you, I detest my sins above every other evil. Please send Your Holy Spirit to teach me Your ways. Guide my steps today to become who You intend me to be. I love you with all my heart and seek to do your will. Amen.

Jeremiah 31:7

"For thus says the LORD: Shout with joy for Jacob, exult at the head of the nations; proclaim your praise and say: The LORD has saved his people, the remnant of Israel"

There is joy in my heart every morning I awake.  I love waking up and looking forward to what the day has to hold.  Trust me, some days are doozies and I am standing in the fire but I have Jesus!!!  Words can not express my emotions this morning.  

You are the remind of Israel, maybe you don't feel the joy in the morning, ask Jesus for it.  You have to ask Jesus to help.  Jesus is the only way you get to truly enjoy life.  Man life is fun with Jesus, not easy but always fun.  You got to get Jesus and start living.  Can I get an a amen? 

Dear Lord, only you know the events of our day, I trust in You.  I thank You for the over whelming joy each morning.  I thank You for giving Jesus to us so we may live in peace.  Please heal those being tormented, may Your word break thru the darkness   Gracious God, bring Joy into our lives.  Mary, Mother of God, pray for us.  Amen.

Daily Thoughts 8-2-2016 Matthew 14:30

Matthew 14:30

"But when he saw how [strong] the wind was he became frightened; and, beginning to sink, he cried out, "Lord, save me!""

Peter had Jesus in his sight and was walking on water, how incredible is that. Then he started to pay attention to his environment and lost his focus and began to sink. Does this not happen to us today?

I know I lose focus and start to feel like thinks are sinking. Jesus is just as calm as can be walking on water ignoring the wind and waves. Our focus needs to stay on Jesus, He is enough, He is all you need to overcome what ever is trying to distract you. Stay focused!

Dear Lord God, it is You walking towards us asking us to come, to ignore what is going on and continue walking towards you. I thank you for helping when I am in need and when I am not. I ask that more get out of the boat to walk towards You, I ask that You build Your church up with mighty warriors that know to focus on You. Mary, Mother of God, pray for us, Amen.

Matthew 14:16-17

"[Jesus] said to them, "There is no need for them to go away; give them some food yourselves." But they said to him, "Five loaves and two fish are all we have here.""

Can you imagine the monumental task of feeding all those people, I am sure the disciples thought it impossible. And it was if they were doing it themselves.

What about you what mountain are you trying to move? God is the only One who can work miracles, we just have to be patient and try and not focus on the obvious. What are you offering God to use?

Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You this morning and seek Your help. I don't have much to offer but what I have You can use. Send Your Holy Spirit to increase my faith and allow me to see with eyes of faith. I look forward to the day, may I be a pleasing offering in Your site. Mary, mother of Jesus, pray for us, Amen.
