The same is said about the Eucharist, manna from heaven, the offerings at the altar. Jesus continues to make His presence known in the Eucharist, do you see Him? "Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you." John 6:53
Dear Heavenly Father, You sent manna from Heaven to feed Your people. You gave Your people instruction on Holy offerings in Leviticus. You always provide a way for us to honor You. May we recognize You in the Eucharist each time we receive You. Breath into us Your holy word and Your living presence. May the Pascal mysteries come to life for each of us. Amen.
