Daily Thoughts 11-15-2016 Revelation 3:16

"So, because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth." Revelation‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭

Can we stand on the sideline and watch the game going on?   We can but you will be puked out by Jesus when the game is over.  Does going to church constitute being in the game?  It is a good start but, you have to participate, you have to be in the game.  Get involved, do something, be engaged, help where you see they need help.  I do not understand why men just sit in the pews and are observing.  In my opinion this is being lukewarm.  Jesus tells us so many times in the Bible, "do not be afraid".  Well the only way to overcome fear is doing so Coach (Jesus) is telling you get in the game!

Lord God, Your church is in need of men that will stand up and be counted, may those men come forward and help.  Our children need examples of Christian living, may those men come forward.  May we not be afraid and step up, the reward out weighs the fear.  Help us overcome our fears Lord by turning up the heat, may Your Spirit speak to our souls.  I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Queen of peace, come to our aid.
