Daily Thoughts 11-29-2016 Luke 10:23-24

"Turning to the disciples in private he said, "Blessed are the eyes that see what you see. For I say to you, many prophets and kings desired to see what you see, but did not see it, and to hear what you hear, but did not hear it." ‭‭Luke‬ ‭10:23-24‬

I had the pleasure of going to a Spanish mass last night, they had it going on!  I didn't understand the words but sure felt the spirit and compassion of their praises.  Sometimes we just have to observe to see God in action.  What about you, do you step back and watch others, as you do you will see the Spirit working.

This advent make the decision to make it different, get involved, be engaged, prepare to receive Christ in a new way.  What can you do to celebrate the birth of Christ this year that you haven't done in the past?

Dear Heavenly Father, to witness others praise and honor You is a blessing.  To be able to see You in action brings joy to the heart.  I thank You for letting the blind see and the deaf hear.  May we realize that there is always newness in our faith if we are open to getting out of our comfort zone.  Lord may this Advent season bring newness to our lives, our prayers and those around us.  In Jesus name I pray.

Mary, Virgin of virgins, pray for us.

Come Lord Jesus, Come
