"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is God from of old, creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary, and his knowledge is beyond scrutiny. He gives power to the faint, abundant strength to the weak." Isaiah 40:28-29
Do you realize your life mirrors God's word. There is power and strength in His word. Each day we go out to battle, some days are victorious other day's end in defeat. God never changes nor does His word, it is us who change as we grow closer to Him. When you feel weak and are growing faint, plug in, listen to your heart. The Holy Spirit will guide you and we must be humble enough to follow, no matter what He asks of us.
Lord Jesus, Your word does give us strength and puts vigor back in our step. Keep us safe today as we go out into the world, may we always realize where we need to turn in our times of need. May we be humble in our actions today Lord and not fall victim to the schemes of the devil. Send us Your angels to guard over us and may we not take our eyes off of You. In Jesus name, Amen.
Saint Michael, the Archangel, protect us. Mother Mary, pray for us.
