Matthew 10:42
"And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to one of these little ones to drink because he is a disciple—amen, I say to you, he will surely not lose his reward.""
How do you see the other person? Do you see their trials and tribulations, do you see their joys or do you even see them. We often times miss opportunities to reach out to the other person because we our focused on self or a situation.
See with God's eyes, don't add to their pain, give them something to quench their thirst. Give them hope, give them a smile, give them a piece of you. Jesus wants us to see what He see and to see with compassion. You will not see each other the same once you see with His eyes!
Dear Lord God, I love you with all my heart, I ask for your guidance today. I ask to see what you see and respond as you would respond. Help us on our journeys Lord and may we be like the Good Samaritan and stop and help. Bring peace into our work places and into our homes. Let your love shine today Lord Jesus. In your most Holy Name, Amen.
St Faustina prayer response
Thank You, Lord, for teaching me an effective response to spiritual attacks as demonstrated by St. Faustina. She responded by surrendering to Your will. May I always humbly obey Your will.
