A Bible verse to begin or end the day with. Guided by the Holy Spirit, I publish a daily thought to help keep The Triune God in the center of my life and through out the day. I am not a biblical scholar just a normal guy that tries to live a Christ centered life. He will return, we are called to be His eyes, His hands, His feet, His Ears, His Voice and His Body. Jesus, I trust in You! "Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world." 1 John 4:4b

Isn't it funny that the words Jesus speaks are plain and yet Philip misses completely what He has said. Standing in front of Him is the Triune God and Philip is blind and deaf. Is your judgement with God face to face going to be a joyous reunion or a standoff trying to figure out who He is. Our time on earth is fleeting and God gives us the opportunity to get to know Him if we would listen. We encounter the same Jesus if we listen and seek Him out.
All the stuff you worry about is nothing, absolutely nothing. Eternity is for ever, do you know God if He was standing in front of you, speaking the truth? That is the purpose of life(to know the Father).
Dear Father God, the lessons You are teaching some days are painful but I do understand why. The attachments are being removed and You are becoming more clearer. Thank You for Your guidance and for speaking plainly. May I praise You in the stuff. Prayers for a friend who is beyond their years, continue to shine Your light through them. Help the blind and deaf see You standing in front of them. Prayers for a friend earnestly seeking You, open His ears. Bless this day Lord, there is work to be done in Your Kingdom, protect us as we enter the day. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

As I read the first reading of the day, Acts 13:26-33, I got a sense of Paul's passion for Christ. He was transformed after getting knocked off his horse. That same passion from before had been redirected in bringing about the Kingdom of God. We are all sons and daughters, "and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty." 2 Corinthians 6:18. Are you bringing about the kingdom in your daily walk, are you acting as Christ would like to see? Have you been begotten? Faith begets(brings about) more faith. Do what Christ tells us in the Lord's Prayer. "your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven." Matthew 6:10. You are an heir to the throne, praise the One who made you, proclaim the decree.

Since the beginning of time, God is working His plan with us flawed individuals. Why do we get ahead of His plan or worry about some situation. His plan is perfect as is His Son perfect. The perfect example of how to live. Do you ever recall Jesus getting in a hurry, being disobedient or worrying? He may not of liked the outcome but He willingly accepted His Fathers plan. Stop worrying and seeking the answer right now. Slow down, act like Jesus and speak with your Heavenly Father. His salvation plan unfolded over centuries and yours is a little less than a hundred years. Relax and trust in God to lead the way.
Father, I enjoy watching You at work especially with those whom are listening to You and seeking You out. Thank You for getting my attention, I am ready to sit at Your feet and learn. These situations I am dealing with are part of Our plan to be together. May I be docile and submissive to Your wisdom and guidance. Prayers for the diaconate candidates, set their minds at ease. Prayers also for those dealing with a medical situation, grant them peace as You are the Great Healer. Bless this day Lord, and thank You for my Guardian Angel. In Jesus name, Amen.

My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me." John 10:24b, 27
There is great joy in waking in the morning and listening to the voice of God. It is not an audible voice just a real sense that it is He that is speaking. I realize this is a grace and some days I am more in peace than others. He speaks to all of us if we would just be still long enough to recognize Him. The Jews had him in plain sight and yet they did not recognize the Messiah. Even if Jesus would of said the words plainly would that of changed them. God seeks a relationship that is two ways, listening and following. Take time each day to just be still, find that spot and recognize the Messiah operating in You and Your life.
Dear Heavenly Father, I am listening this morning and I thank You for the grace to hear. I thank You for the peace and serenity where You reveal Yourself. Thank You for the gift of friends. I ask that you continue to bless them with insight and peace in their lives. Prayers for someone in the storm, may they continue to hear Your voice and not be bothered by the wind as they sail through life. Special prayers for a friend who is in my thoughts this morning. Help me continue to hear Your voice throughout the day. I ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Have you found your pasture? Where is God leading you so you may assist in building His kingdom? Think about the Apostles they went out and found their pasture. They didn't hang out in the safety of the upper room. They left the comfort of the known to find their pasture. I believe God asks each of us to go beyond. Where ever we go we are not alone for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. Listen to the call and follow.
Dear Lord God, prayers for those who are being called to go into the world. Give them the gift of comfort in knowing it is ok to be uneasy when first going thru the gate but You are always with them. Thank You God for leading Your flock in the power of the Holy Spirit. Grow the faithful in truth and deeds, bring the lost home and fill Your fields with Your lambs. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

www.dailythoughts.com 4-22-2018 Acts 4:12
God is our salvation thru His Son Jesus. Can we be saved by believing in God and not in Jesus? There are a lot of beliefs in the world and many have a faith in God but not His Son Jesus. Can the Trinity be separated? No, they are three in one and one in three. To not accept Jesus as your salvation is to deny God, for they are one in the same. "for it is written: "As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bend before me, and every tongue shall give praise to God."" Romans 14:11. To deny Jesus is to reject the cornerstone which salvation is built upon. You will bend the knee to God, will you be saved by His Son Jesus?
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for saving a sinner like me. Thank You for a beautiful morning and a pretty day that lays ahead. Watch over us Triune God and teach us Your truths so we may spend eternity in Your presence. Prayers for those who have not yet encountered Jesus, may He become real to them. Bless this day Lord and May we never forget the crucifixion, that you paid for us. In Jesus name, Amen.

God at times needs to shock our reality to get His reality across. The stories of people being cured from years of being cripple, Lazarus being brought back to life. These things go beyond our understanding and so does eating His flesh and drinking His blood. Our reality can't comprehend what the Spirit perceives. As Christians we are called to operate on faith. "Faith is the realization of what is hoped for and evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1. Still shocks us so therefore it should change our reality if we are operating in faith.
Dear Lord God, I give You authority to shock my perception and change it to Your reality. You are God, You speak truth to us and we are guided by Your Holy Spirit. I thank You Lord Jesus for shocking me into new life, I believe. Prepare me for what lies ahead, You are King and I Your servant. Lead the way. In Jesus name, amen.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4b
Two of my favorite verses in the Bible! The challenge I face is living them each day and some days His life is not reflected in my actions. Do i always have to be right? Jesus spoke this truth and "The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying, "How can this man give us [his] flesh to eat?"" John 6:52. He didn't argue His point, He spoke the truth and didn't look back. He was right but He allowed others to accept His word or reject it. In my daily life, I need to do the same thing and not allow the rejection be a reflection upon me. Jesus didn't, He lived the word of God, we too are called to do the same thing. Believe the truth, speak the truth and surrender to the outcome.
Lord, when I am strong You are weak, not Your plan for me. Be greater in me today and help me surrender when things are beyond my control. Bless this day Lord, bless the morning prayer group. Thank You for bringing us together and teaching us Your word through each other. May we praise You today and not the world. I ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Father, Son and Holy Ghost, overshadow me today. Listen with the minds eye, can you hear it? What a wonderful sound, the voice of God. The peacefulness, the tranquility of His being. I love being taught by Him and I love how He leads us to the simplicity of Jesus. What lessons are you being taught? I would love to hear about them.
Dear Triune God, You are stirring within me and I am a vessel of Your Holy Spirit. Come fill this holy temple and engage my senses to be super sensitive to Your whispers. I welcome the day Lord and I can't wait to see what is to be. Bless us with stillness today, thank You for the wisdom given by others. The student is ready. Amen.

Do you know how refreshing it is to hear someone who was not being truthful finally own their situation. I heard this yesterday from a young man, it was no longer someone else's fault but it was his own ways that was causing the chaos. He is making his way back to God. Things we harbor secretly impact ourselves and have ways of coming out. There is power in making them no longer secret, to acknowledge them and give them to Jesus, He knows it all anyway. This young man was tired, he was exhausted in running from God and hiding what was really going on. "I will lead the blind on a way they do not know; by paths they do not know I will guide them. I will turn darkness into light before them, and make crooked ways straight. These are my promises: I made them, I will not forsake them." Isaiah 42:16. Never rejected and always accepted, that's the saving power of Jesus.
Dear Lord God, Thank You for answered prayer this morning. I thank You for bringing light into a dark situation and guiding this young man to a life of peace. Strengthen Him for the next part of His journey. May he learn to glorify you in the trials of the past and point others to the Risen Lord. Thank You Lord for another day and Your guidance today Lord to do Your will. I pray for the family today, bless fathers and mothers to speak of You to their children. Watch over each of us today and give us rest thru out the day. I ask this in Your most holy name, Amen.
Mary, Mother of the Holy Family, pray for us.

The power of prayer works, even in situations that seem impossible. Continue to pray and trust in God for the outcome. The prayer is changing you in ways you do not understand and it is impacting the situation in ways you do not see. Prayer works!

How do you know if you are doing or saying the right thing? You listen to the Holy Spirit and hear what He is saying. Is your response that of love, is it actions or words that Jesus would say? We each have the gifts of the Holy Spirit, do we let them lay dormant in us or do we bring them to life. As you read the story of Stephen, the witnesses were hearing the Spirit of God but were ignoring Him. "But they cried out in a loud voice, covered their ears, and rushed upon him together." Acts 7:57 In our own lives we do the same thing, each of us are made in His image, we are wonderfully made. Do not cover up His image with sin, or doubt, or ignore the Holy Spirit. What truths are you ignoring because you don't want to hear them. Trust in the Holy Spirit and ask Him to guide you. Or be stiff necked and not listen, that's the great thing about free will, you get to choose.
Dear Lord God, I am thankful I have been circumcised in Spirit, I hear You loud and clear. I trust You unconditionally even when the outcome isn't what I want. Open our ears to hear You and do not let us rest until You have accomplished Your will. Thank You Jesus for safe travels and a joyous journey. Prayers for a friend who is deciding upon his future may He be open to Your Holy Spirit. Bless this day Lord, guide our actions that pleases You and does not oppose Your Holy Spirit. Jesus, I trust in You. Amen.

I believe therefore I act. Think about the apostles when did they start acting upon God's word? They walked with Jesus but it wasn't until He was gone did they really start believing. Their actions spoke of their belief, Peter cures the lame man, each of them took what Jesus gave them and spread the word of God. What about you, what do you believe? "Do not work for food that perishes but for the food that endures for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him the Father, God, has set his seal."" John 6:27. We spend time each day working for riches that perish, spend time in growing your belief and your actions are sure to follow. He gives us the answers in His word.
Dear Heavenly Father, we seek knowledge and Your proof resides in our hearts. Increase my belief Lord God so I may grow in faith. I hear the beauty of the morning and know You are here. Belief is all around me and I thank You for being there. Bless the souls who are seeking, bless the souls working for You. Bless this day Lord and place the words in my heart when called upon. I believe therefore I act, for You are the Christ, the One who saves. I ask this through Jesus Christ, Amen.

I wonder what it was like listening to Jesus explain scripture to them? I would guess He repeated Himself but this time the words rang true because they had experienced what He was saying. Does Jesus speak to us today like that? "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:1. He does speak to us, He does it through His word and through His word He reveals Himself to us through our journey, whether it is being lost in the desert or sitting down to break bread, He is always there. Do we seek Him out in scripture and allow Him to speak to us? "Apply your heart to instruction, and your ear to words of knowledge." Proverbs 23:12
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for the life lessons You give each day. You know me better than myself and know how to instruct me in Your ways. Help me be understanding of those who are wandering in the wilderness not knowing they are lost, help me have the compassion that You have. Lead me Lord today, walk with me and help me apply Your words in my life. Amen.

How many of us go through life and want to know about Jesus but become afraid when it comes to knowing Him. He knows you thru and thru but we would rather be tossed around by the sea of life and know about Him. He walks close to us seeking to come aboard and we get to decide. Visualize you and Jesus having a conversation about something you are dealing with. He knows the way forward because He does not operate in time. Wouldn't it be easier to do it with Jesus than without. Jesus doesn't get upset, He stays calm and thinks thru things, He is always at peace. Why not learn from Him and live in peace. "But he said to them, "It is I. Do not be afraid."" John 6:20
Dear Lord God, welcome aboard, I always enjoy learning from You, don't always understand why we are learning some lessons but always trusting in Your wisdom and guidance. Thank You for all Your blessings of others and the lessons they teach. Thank You for peace even in the swells. You know what lies ahead this week but I trust in You, please keep us away from danger. Bring peace and solutions into a relationship that is being tossed about. Bless this day Lord and thank You for the rain, beauty always follows a little rain. I am not a person that likes to wait but when you are on a mission for God, the results are not yours but His. Any time you venture out on a mission rest assured you will come against opposition. Even though the results are not Yours, you control the input and your response. Will you be determined or will you give up? Waiting for the Lord, not easy but at times the only option. God wants to see the goodness too in the land of the living, sometimes it just takes time to change hearts, for God to gain access. So stay the course, God always prevails, the question is, will you?
Dear Lord God, waiting isn't easy, You know I get frustrated, be my strength in these moments. Change within me what needs to be changed, I want what You want. You speak to my spirit in Your words, I will wait. You are my God whom I walk with in the land of the living. You show me goodness each day, not always the goodness I wish to see. May I remain at peace in the storms of life. Bless this day, be my strength, I am Yours. Your humble servant, Amen.

Does God ration His gift of the Holy Spirit? NO. We are all given the same portion, how we respond is our gift back to God, it is our "YES" to Him. How many of us sit still wishing to go forward while seeing someone else going forward, what's the difference. Action, acceptance, belief, desire, willing, fear, doubt, shame. These all play a role in moving. If the lame man did not decide to move he would still be lame. It is our response that makes the difference. He had faith in what Jesus told him and He got up. His mind may have told him you have been lame all your life but faith told him to believe, to accept the word of God. "For the one whom God sent speaks the words of God. He does not ration his gift of the Spirit."
John 3:34. You have the same gift of the Spirit as the lame man on the mat, rise up and walk in faith. You are who God says you are, His child.
Dear Lord God, I am who you say I am, the child of the King, chosen by You for Your purpose. Increase in me what You desire, place hope in my life that moves me, grow my faith to help others. Unleash my unused potential to make a difference in this world. I want what You want, a Holy Fire burning that will not be stopped until Your return. Bless this day Lord and thank You for the little faith that is growing. In Jesus name, Amen.

Freedom is a wonderful thing, I still am not perfect but I am free. We all face challenges each day that can burden us with chains of various kinds or with Jesus we can be free. Free from worry or fear, free from controlling the outcome. God gave you the ability to think, are your actions that of God or the Jailer? God gives us the keys to Heaven in our own hands, His Son Jesus. Do we let Him help us or do we go about it alone taking control of the situation. Freedom from all your chains is yours if you will surrender and ask for help and then listen and follow. There are a lot of people walking around in public jail and they don't even know it. Jesus is the key to their salvation.
Dear Lord God, we react without thinking, we move without asking You for Your help. Lord, in Your mercy, open our eyes and help us turn to You. Help us walk closer with You today. Remove the chains the Jailer places upon us and give us freedom. Release us from the burdens and lift our spirits to new life. Do you live in hope? Being born from above means accepting the word of God and living them here on earth. What did Jesus do when He walked this planet, He was born from above. He lived His life honoring His Father, you are called to do the same. Being born from above means you and Jesus have the same Daddy. I wish I could explain it better, there is a peace in knowing that everything will be ok, no matter the situation. Live in hope, live in the hope of Christ Jesus and ask for peace. The peace a baby has knowing he is being cared for. You are a child of God who is raising you up to life eternal. Enjoy the day and smile, you and Dad got this.
Dear Lord God, life isn't easy, there are lots of things coming at us but You allow peace to be the abiding character when we trust in You. Help us relax in Your presence, help us see the hope of new life in You. Help us be still and thank You for all that You are doing in our lives. Thank You for the care givers who selflessly give of themselves, they are born from above. Thank You for the situations that force us to trust in You, will and might will not get it done but our faith in You will see us thru to new life in Christ Jesus. Prayers for a friend facing medical challenges, give them peace of heart and a feeling of Your love. Place hope in their heart and let them know it will be ok, no matter the outcome for You are their God. Bless this day Father and may I not let anything go unresolved today. In Jesus name, Amen.

Life, death and resurrection, have you considered the wisdom of these miracles being repeated over and over again. We just experienced the resurrection and are being asked to carry new life into our own life's and the world around us. Will you believe in the impossible for yourself? Think about Mary, she is just a young girl yet she accepts the will of God. She knows what is possible and what is not possible humanely. "But Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?" God calls each of us to accept His word and receive His grace into our lives. It is He working on your behalf, if you are like Mary and accept what God gives and provides for you. Will you die to self and live for God, be made new again?
Dear Lord Jesus, You are the Risen Christ, You are real and You call me to new life. Bring me to the understanding that You want me to have. Bring me to those that You want me to go too. May I be obedient to Your Holy Will, May I accept the circumstances of my life knowing that it is You that is directing it. Mary said yes, with a full heart, may I say yes to You as well. I know You will not ask anything that can't be done, I just have to believe and follow. Bless this day Lord, protect us as we go into the vineyard and place hope in our hearts as we till the ground. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Feast of Divine Mercy!
Jesus promises unfathomable graces on this day to souls that will go to confession beforehand and then receive Him worthily in Holy Communion on the Feast of Mercy (see Diary, 699.)
Our Lord spoke directly to St. Faustina about the significance of Divine Mercy Sunday:
Souls perish in spite of My bitter Passion. I am giving them the last hope of salvation; that is, the Feast of My Mercy. If they will not adore My mercy, they will perish for all eternity (Diary, 965).
Meditation:
When I told this to my confessor, I received this for a reply: "That refers to your soul." He told me, "Certainly, paint God's image in your soul." When I came out of the confessional, I again heard words such as these: My image already is in your soul. I desire that there be a Feast of Mercy. I want this image, which you will paint with a brush, to be solemnly blessed on the first Sunday after Easter; that Sunday is to be the Feast of Mercy (Diary, 49).
My Prayer Response:
Thank You, Jesus, that Your image as The Divine Mercy, radiating Your mercy and blessing us, has been painted and is available for our veneration. Thank You that the Feast of Mercy is now available to the whole Church as a special moment of grace. With deep trust in You, may I venerate Your image on the Feast of Mercy

www.dailythoughts.com 4-7-2018 Psalms 118:19-21
The Word Grace is in my thoughts this morning when I awoke. Grace is a free gift from God that allows us to do as He does. I contemplate the favors God has poured out this week. The favor of staying awake, the favor of holding my tongue, the favor of peace and calm in the midst of chaos, the favor of patience. We all ask for these things and we seek God to help us. Do you recognize the grace of God when it is presented to you? God opens the gates and we at times seek ways to close them because we miss the favor of grace. Think about what you are praying for, then think about how is God answering that prayer. Most likely it is not black and white but He is answering. Are you asking for strength and then given an opportunity for His strength only to say no? God is providing but are you perceiving the graces He wishes to bestow upon you. God is answering your prayers, ask for the grace to recognize the opportunities and be open to the answer.
Thank You Jesus, Thank You Jesus for the perceptions of grace in my life. May I be SUPER SENSITIVE to Your favor that You are pouring out. Open my eyes to see, open my ears to hear, open my heart to respond. May I recognize You and not say no, may I not over think it and talk myself out of it. You are my hope and You are my Savior. Rise up in me to overcome my weaknesses. Give us the grace of surrender to Your Holy will for our lives. To You be the glory, to You be the victory and may we walk in the favor of God today. Amen.

Divine Mercy Novena Ninth Day
Today bring to Me SOULS WHO HAVE BECOME LUKEWARM, and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. These souls wound My Heart most painfully. My soul suffered the most dreadful loathing in the Garden of Olives because of lukewarm souls. They were the reason I cried out: "Father, take this cup away from Me, if it be Your will." For them, the last hope of salvation is to flee to My mercy (Diary, 1228).
My Prayer Response with St. Faustina:
Most compassionate Jesus, You are Compassion Itself. I bring lukewarm souls into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart. In this fire of Your pure love, let these tepid souls, who, like corpses, filled You with such deep loathing, be once again set aflame. O Most Compassionate Jesus, exercise the omnipotence of Your mercy and draw them into the very ardor of Your love, and bestow upon them the gift of holy love, for nothing is beyond Your power (Diary, 1229).

I had an opportunity to look back on my life over the past 10 years yesterday. It was a pretty powerful experience, do you know that God revealed himself in all those years even though at the time I didn't know it. Jesus is always there ready to feed us but we have to be present to Him. He is the Risen Christ, whom we recognize in the breaking of the bread, He is present are you present to Him. Sitting with Christ, speaking with Him and then listening is a great way to start the day.
Dear Father God, I smell the fish, I hear the bread being torn. I hear the sounds of friends laughing and sharing each other's company. Thank You for inviting me into that scene and being a part of it. I heard your message and am doing what You ask. Bless this day with me always being in Your presence. Fill our hearts with peace as You always tell us, "peace be with You." Overcome what ever challenges comes our way and may we always remain close to Your fire to feed us. You amaze me God, always out in front of all my situations. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Divine Mercy Chaplet Eighth Day
Today bring to Me THE SOULS WHO ARE DETAINED IN PURGATORY, and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. Let the torrents of My Blood cool down their scorching flames. All these souls are greatly loved by Me. They are making retribution to My justice. It is in your power to bring them relief. Draw all the indulgences from the treasury of My Church and offer them on their behalf. Oh, if you only knew the torments they suffer, you would continually offer for them the alms of the spirit and pay off their debt to My justice(Diary, 1226).
My Prayer Response with St. Faustina:
Most Merciful Jesus, You Yourself have said that You desire mercy; so I bring into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls in Purgatory, souls who are very dear to You, and yet, who must make retribution to Your justice. May the streams of Blood and Water which gushed forth from Your Heart put out the flames of Purgatory, that there, too, the power of Your mercy may be praised (Diary, 1227).

Daily Thoughts 4-5-2018 Luke 24:35
I went out this morning and gazed up into the sky and spoke to Yahweh. Do you realize it is the same night sky that the prophets and disciples looked upon. Just normal people living life who developed their relationship with Yahweh. The same with the two disciples walking on the road to Emmaous. If Jesus appeared to them and they recognized Jesus in the breaking of the bread, do you recognize Him in the breaking of the bread. It is a truth, in God's word that is hard to deny. ""Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you." John 6:53. Is it just bread or is it the flesh of the Son of Man.
Dear Heavenly Father, what a glorious site to be able to recognize You in my life, in the breaking of the bread, in reading Your word, in those I encounter. Your ways are not always my ways and I do t always understand but I have faith in You to lead me. When I am blinded by my own lack of knowledge, increase my knowledge. When I am blinded by my lack of faith, increase my faith. Bless Your children God with child like faith. I look forward to the day ahead, You are out in front, may I follow obediently. In Jesus name, Amen.
Mary, Queen of the Heavens, pray for us.
Divine Mercy Novena Seventh Day
Today bring to Me THE SOULS WHO ESPECIALLY VENERATE AND GLORIFY MY MERCY, and immerse them in My mercy. These souls sorrowed most over My Passion and entered most deeply into My spirit. They are living images of My Compassionate Heart. These souls will shine with a special brightness in the next life. Not one of them will go into the fire of hell. I shall particularly defend each one of them at the hour of death (Diary, 1224).
My Prayer Response with St. Faustina:
Most Merciful Jesus, whose Heart is Love Itself, receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who particularly extol and venerate the greatness of Your mercy. These souls are mighty with the very power of God Himself. In the midst of all afflictions and adversities they go forward, confident of Your mercy. These souls are united to Jesus and carry all mankind on their shoulders. These souls will not be judged severely, but Your mercy will embrace them as they depart from this life (Diary, 1225).

"Trust in my love even in the middle of the storm. I have loved you from the beginning". Why do we have a hard time trusting in God's love when things don't appear to be going the way we think it should. Jesus suffered tremendously in His life and He always turned to His Father, had faith and trusted in Him. Our stories are being written each day, are you following the Author of your life or do you have the pen in your little hand thinking you are mighty. Trust in God's love and speak to Him from your heart. All He wants is your heart. Stop trying to figure it out and give Him praise.
Dear Heavenly Father, I trust in You in all the chaos of life. Write Your story for me, it is You I place my hope in. All the troubles and blessings are for Your purpose. Help me see the purpose as You mold me into Your beloved son destined for eternity with You. Prayers for friends that are in the middle of the storm, bless them with peace. Speak to them Lord and raise them up to glorify You. May I always praise You Lord and May I sing to You today with joy in my heart. I ask this through Jesus Christ, Amen.
Mary, Immaculate Mother, pray for us.
Divine Mercy Novena Sixth Day
Today bring to Me THE MEEK AND HUMBLE SOULS AND THE SOULS OF LITTLE CHILDREN, and immerse them in My mercy. These souls most closely resemble My Heart. They strengthened Me during My bitter agony. I saw them as earthly Angels, who will keep vigil at My altars. I pour out upon them whole torrents of grace. Only the humble soul is capable of receiving My grace. I favor humble souls with My confidence (Diary, 1220).
My Prayer Response with St. Faustina:
Most Merciful Jesus, You Yourself have said, "Learn from Me for I am meek and humble of heart." Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart all meek and humble souls and the souls of little children. These souls send all heaven into ecstasy and they are the heavenly Father's favorites. They are a sweet- smelling bouquet before the throne of God; God Himself takes delight in their fragrance. These souls have a permanent abode in Your Most Compassionate Heart, O Jesus, and they unceasingly sing out a hymn of love and mercy (Diary, 1221).

What a revelation, I have seen the Risen Christ. So how was your Easter Monday? Did you see Christ, did you recognize Him or like Mary of Magdalena initially did you not know it was Him. Yesterday was a good day, it was a good day because I seen the Lord. Every day is a good day because it starts off in prayer. God and I visit, I make time for Him, He is a good friend, a confidant, my rock. Even though I didn't have much time to visit, we started the day in prayer. That's my message today, make Jesus, the Holy Spirit and God a priority in your life even if it is only five minutes. Give Him the best part of your day - the beginning.
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for loving me and giving me a sense that You are there and that we speak. I pray for those who are seeking You and have yet to recognize You. May they be overwhelmed when they finally recognize You, Rabbouni. Bless this day with success and peace, be ever in front of me and may You use me as You need too. I want to be the faithful student as you are my Rabbouni (Teacher). I ask this in the name of the Risen Lord, Jesus Christ, my Savior.
Divine Mercy Chaplet Fifth Day
Today bring to Me THE SOULS OF THOSE WHO HAVE SEPARATED THEMSELVES FROM MY CHURCH, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. During My bitter Passion they tore at My Body and Heart, that is, My Church. As they return to unity with the Church, My wounds heal and in this way they alleviate My Passion (Diary, 1218).
My Prayer Response with St. Faustina:
Most Merciful Jesus, Goodness Itself, You do not refuse light to those who seek it of You. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Church. Draw them by Your light into the unity of the Church, and do not let them escape from the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart; but bring it about that they, too, come to glorify the generosity of Your mercy (Diary, 1219).

www.dailythoughts.com 4-2-2018 Acts 2:25-26
Happy Easter, I had only time this morning to read the daily readings before I had to head out. And to be honest I wasn't going to send one today but our Lord reminded me that it needed to be done. As I reflect back upon my day, He was right there with me. As I gazed out the windshield, I seen His beauty and surroundings. It was a beautiful day and one spent with Him. Relax when things don't go as you planned, realize that God is still there and is guiding you. When we place our hope in Him, there is nothing to fear.
Dear Lord God, I thank You for the day behind and the night ahead. You are my rock whom I place my hope in, You are my right hand and my direction. Lead the way and I will follow. Help me remain humble and in peace in the unknown circumstances of life. In Jesus name, Amen.
Mary, Mother of the Risen Lord, pray for us.
Divine Mercy Novena Fourth Day
Today bring to Me THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD AND THOSE WHO DO NOT YET KNOW ME. I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion, and their future zeal comforted My Heart. Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy(Diary, 1216).
My Prayer Response with St. Faustina:
Most compassionate Jesus, You are the Light of the whole world. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who do not believe in God and of those who as yet do not know You. Let the rays of Your grace enlighten them that they, too, together with us, may extol Your wonderful mercy; and do not let them escape from the abode which is Your Most Compassionate Heart (Diary, 1217).

He commissioned us to preach to the people and testify that he is the one appointed by God as judge of the living and the dead." Acts 10:40, 42
Happy Easter, He is Risen! Can you picture Peter, he can't contain the excitement of the events he has experienced. Jesus appeared to them and commissioned them to preach, to be His witnesses. The same Peter who denied Him has been transformed and is changing his community thru the power of the Holy Spirit. Peter experienced the Risen Christ and life has taken on new meaning. Jesus hasn't stopped commissioning His disciples for one of these days He will return.
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for sending Your Son into my life. I thank You for the strength to follow Your lead. I pray for all Your disciples, may we each glorify You in our own ways. Thank You for rolling away the stone over my heart and entering Your heart. Bless this day Lord with peace and moments of contemplation. You are real and Risen in me. In Jesus name, Amen.
Mary, Mother of the Risen Lord, pray for us.
Divine Mercy Novena Third Day
Today bring to Me ALL DEVOUT AND FAITHFUL SOULS, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. These souls brought Me consolation on the Way of the Cross. They were that drop of consolation in the midst of an ocean of bitterness (Diary, 1214).
My Prayer Response with St. Faustina:
Most Merciful Jesus, from the treasury of Your mercy, You impart Your graces in great abundance to each and all. Receive us into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart and never let us escape from It. We beg this grace of You by that most wondrous love for the heavenly Father with which Your Heart burns so fiercely (Diary, 1215).
