""There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish; but what good are these for so many?"" John 6:9
My thoughts turn to the boy this morning, he had been prepared for just this event. Was this food for his family, was he sent to bring that home and he got caught up in the moment? Was his family with him? What did he think when asked to give up his food that he was planning on eating or bringing home? The innocence of a child, listening to his elders and giving the little that he has, not knowing the outcome. What things has God prepared you for? What items can God use to multiply and bless the multitude? Are we as trusting as this boy, not fearing the outcome and being obedient to the Masters call. God always provides for all our needs, especially when we listen and obey. Do you want proof of what I am saying? I can give it, just look back with 20/20 vision. Has God not given you everything you needed? Now, will you let go of what you have so God can bless others with it. What about your time? Your talent? Your tithe? "Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 18:3-4

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You and honor You this day, I thank You for being called upon to answer Your call this morning. I thank You for preparing me this day to do Your will. I thank You for healing the hurt and overcoming what ever challenge that I will face. I may not have much but what I have I freely give it to You. I trust in Your divine will and Your divine nature. Bless this day with You, and multiply what I give. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
Mary, Mother of the Child Jesus, pray for us
