Psalms 116 - Freed, no longer a slave.

"Return, my soul, to your rest; the LORD has been very good to you. For my soul has been freed from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling. I shall walk before the LORD in the land of the living."  Psalms‬ ‭116:7-9‬

Psalms 116 - Freed, no longer a slave.  Our souls yearn to be reunited with God, it's creator.  That yearning that you are experiencing, that seeking that you are trying to find will not be found with the things of this world.  Just listen to what the world preaches, it is enslavement, captivity which leads to destruction.  Jesus was freed from this world while He walked in it, He chose to seek His Father in Heaven.  He knew the sins of Adam and Eve, the desire for more, led them away from The Garden.  There is a simplicity in trusting in God, in seeking His will for your life.  You will be free, walking in the land of the living, whether that is here on earth or in Heaven, the place our souls yearn to be and will only be satisfied when it rests with Thee.

What is God saying to me?  There is simplicity in nature when you sit back and watch.  Their needs are met, they are at peace and are doing My will, listen to the stillness of my voice in Your heart.

Dear Father, You greet me this morning with a warmth that only You can give, there is a peace in the constant motions of my surroundings.   Thank You for the beginnings of this day, being surrounded by Your loved ones enjoying each other's  company.  Thank You for the blessings of this day, for the constant reminders that You are God and we are called to love You, with all our heart, all our soul and all our minds.  Continue on this journey Father, You have my attention and I will heed Your call,  In Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Vessel of Honor, Pray for us.
