John 8:12
"Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.""
Jesus is God, in Jesus there is no darkness. He is the perfect one yet God walked amongst us showing us how to fight darkness. Simple everyday decisions to follow Jesus shines through the darkness.
Put Jesus at the center of your life, Jesus first. Ask Him for help, seek His counsel. It can be found in your bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John is a good place to start. Is your life a living example of the light of Christ or are you just pretending?
Lord God, we live in strange times, come and radiate our hearts. Help your people to see the light and follow you. Protect us today from evil and may we be a blessing to your Kingdom, one person at a time. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
