"who by faith conquered kingdoms, performed acts of righteousness, obtained promises, shut the mouths of lions, quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, became mighty in war, put foreign armies to flight." Hebrews 11:33-34
We are all called to live a life of faith, to profess that faith outwardly. Faith is action, it is believing in what appears to be humanely impossible and doing it anyway. David had faith when he stood against Goliath. What lions are you standing against? What fire are you quenching. In these actions you are being made strong, dare to do the impossible knowing that only God can make it happen. Live your life in faith and be amazed. Ain't that right Mac!
Dear Lord God, there are saints amongst us who live each day by faith, bless their efforts so that You maybe glorified. Listen to those suffering Lord and ease their pain, turn their sorrow to joy. Bring life into our world today Lord with each of our small acts of faith. May the light of Christ shine brightly thru these acts of faith. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
