"Everything that the Father gives me will come to me, and I will not reject anyone who comes to me," John 6:37
Do you know how refreshing it is to hear someone who was not being truthful finally own their situation. I heard this yesterday from a young man, it was no longer someone else's fault but it was his own ways that was causing the chaos. He is making his way back to God. Things we harbor secretly impact ourselves and have ways of coming out. There is power in making them no longer secret, to acknowledge them and give them to Jesus, He knows it all anyway. This young man was tired, he was exhausted in running from God and hiding what was really going on. "I will lead the blind on a way they do not know; by paths they do not know I will guide them. I will turn darkness into light before them, and make crooked ways straight. These are my promises: I made them, I will not forsake them." Isaiah 42:16. Never rejected and always accepted, that's the saving power of Jesus.
Dear Lord God, Thank You for answered prayer this morning. I thank You for bringing light into a dark situation and guiding this young man to a life of peace. Strengthen Him for the next part of His journey. May he learn to glorify you in the trials of the past and point others to the Risen Lord. Thank You Lord for another day and Your guidance today Lord to do Your will. I pray for the family today, bless fathers and mothers to speak of You to their children. Watch over each of us today and give us rest thru out the day. I ask this in Your most holy name, Amen.
Mary, Mother of the Holy Family, pray for us.

The power of prayer works, even in situations that seem impossible. Continue to pray and trust in God for the outcome. The prayer is changing you in ways you do not understand and it is impacting the situation in ways you do not see. Prayer works!
Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4b
