"Trust in my love even in the middle of the storm. I have loved you from the beginning". Why do we have a hard time trusting in God's love when things don't appear to be going the way we think it should. Jesus suffered tremendously in His life and He always turned to His Father, had faith and trusted in Him. Our stories are being written each day, are you following the Author of your life or do you have the pen in your little hand thinking you are mighty. Trust in God's love and speak to Him from your heart. All He wants is your heart. Stop trying to figure it out and give Him praise.
Dear Heavenly Father, I trust in You in all the chaos of life. Write Your story for me, it is You I place my hope in. All the troubles and blessings are for Your purpose. Help me see the purpose as You mold me into Your beloved son destined for eternity with You. Prayers for friends that are in the middle of the storm, bless them with peace. Speak to them Lord and raise them up to glorify You. May I always praise You Lord and May I sing to You today with joy in my heart. I ask this through Jesus Christ, Amen.
Mary, Immaculate Mother, pray for us.
Divine Mercy Novena Sixth Day
Today bring to Me THE MEEK AND HUMBLE SOULS AND THE SOULS OF LITTLE CHILDREN, and immerse them in My mercy. These souls most closely resemble My Heart. They strengthened Me during My bitter agony. I saw them as earthly Angels, who will keep vigil at My altars. I pour out upon them whole torrents of grace. Only the humble soul is capable of receiving My grace. I favor humble souls with My confidence (Diary, 1220).
My Prayer Response with St. Faustina:
Most Merciful Jesus, You Yourself have said, "Learn from Me for I am meek and humble of heart." Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart all meek and humble souls and the souls of little children. These souls send all heaven into ecstasy and they are the heavenly Father's favorites. They are a sweet- smelling bouquet before the throne of God; God Himself takes delight in their fragrance. These souls have a permanent abode in Your Most Compassionate Heart, O Jesus, and they unceasingly sing out a hymn of love and mercy (Diary, 1221).
