Easter Monday - He is Alive

"You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence.'"  ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:28‬. (Read Acts 2:14, 22-33)

Easter Monday - He is Alive.  Peter, the one chosen by Jesus to have the keys to Heaven has gone from being fearful to proclaiming the Kingdom of Heaven, what changed? The Word has come alive.  He quotes Psalm 16, the scripture has become real for just like David, he has seen the Lord, he no longer walks in fear but in life, the life that only Christ can give.  The journey has gone from his head to his heart and he no longer hides in fear but boldly gives the good news.  This didn't happen overnight for Peter, it took time, three years, but during those three years he walked with Jesus.  Jesus spoke to him and gave him insight that shed light into truth.  So no matter where you are on your journey continue living in the presence of God, He will paint the picture and your world will be transformed just like Peters was.  Happy Easter, Jesus lives in you!

What is God saying to me: I walk with you day by day, the journey does not happen overnight.  Look at Moses, he did not become the man he was until he endured many hardships.  This builds faith and trust within so you will know where your strength comes from.

Dear Father, it is a glorious Easter season this year, even though we are facing hardships and trials due to illness we are also being strengthened to trust in You.  You are making Your presence known in so many lives, the bondage of sin is being broken and many are coming out of the tomb to new life.   Thank You Father for a beautiful day, thank You for good memories with family near and wide.  Thank You for technology that connects us to loved ones and to introduce us to family we have never met.  Prayers for those that have lost family due to this illness, comfort them Father with faith and trust.  Bless this day and may we each proclaim Your word in ways that only we can.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Queen of Heaven, pray for us.
St Joesph, pray for us.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.  1 John 4:4b
