Daily Thoughts 10-7-2017 Baruch 4:27-29

"Take courage, my children; call out to God! The one who brought this upon you will remember you. As your hearts have been disposed to stray from God, so turn now ten times the more to seek him; For the one who has brought disaster upon you will, in saving you, bring you eternal joy." ‭‭Baruch‬ ‭4:27-29‬

I can't imagine living a life without God though I did for awhile.  I got this was my thinking only to realize that I didn't.  The stuff that would come my way wasn't easy to deal with, it was like a fight.   Then I began seeking God in very simple ways and He was there!  Today the Holy Family guides me each day, as long as I give them my time.  This is all God asks of us to seek Him and turn from our ungodly ways.  There is nothing like having joy in your life!

Dear Lord God, I am blessed beyond measure and filled with joy at Your guidance.  I thank You for the purpose in my life, I thank You for Your Holy Spirit.  I pray for those that are lost in the fog, may Your Holy Family draw them close to you and may they come to realize how precious life is and how real You are.  To God be the glory for these lost souls as they return home.  I ask this through Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, Amen.

Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, pray for us.
