"When Pilate heard these words he brought Jesus out and seated him on the judge's bench in the place called Stone Pavement, in Hebrew, Gabbatha.
So they said to one another, "Let's not tear it, but cast lots for it to see whose it will be," in order that the passage of scripture might be fulfilled [that says]: "They divided my garments among them, and for my vesture they cast lots." This is what the soldiers did."
John 19:13, 24
Jesus is the judge, the Spotless Lamb and the Priest at His own trial. Jesus knew He was innocent of all charges yet He willing accepted His fate. He was Judge and he was sentenced to death. He was the High Priest at the complete Passover meal. If He passes judgement upon Himself knowing His innocence why do we try and convince Jesus we are not guilty? "Pilate said to him, "What is truth?" John 18:38a. He, Jesus knows the truth, He paid the price of our sins, accept His sacrifice and be blessed with new life. He is truth, your truth.
Dear Lord, I thank You for the time together, I thank You for willingly accepting my sins, for being innocent yet paying the price to ransom me from death. I thank You for this Lenten journey and for the views you allowed us to gleam. I pray for those suffering and unwilling to see, may they realize the Love You have for them and may they be open to receive Your gift of eternal life. Thank You Father for Your faithful servants who wear Your vestures today, bless them for their service. Come Holy Ghost and fill us with Your ever lasting Love. I ask this in The name above every other name, Jesus Christ, Amen.
Mary, Our Lady of Victory, pray for us.

I was there in His thoughts and on His heart.
