"A song of ascents. Blessed are all who fear the LORD, and who walk in his ways. What your hands provide you will enjoy; you will be blessed and prosper:" Psalms 128:1-2
Psalms 128 - Fruitful. Walking in His ways, I think of Jesus this morning, it was Him that is the perfect example of how to. Preparing ourselves to receive God's Grace in prayer takes practice and earnest effort. If we are to walk in His ways we first must sit and prepare to receive. Then we apply what God gives us in our daily lives, the result being a blessing and we prosper. The prosper we receive is not necessarily financial prosperity, we can prosper in many different ways. Peace is a great prosperity as is contentment, joy, spiritual satisfaction.
What is God saying to me:
Dear Father, there are many distractions this morning that try's to interfere with our face to face, but even in this You are teaching. I thank You for preparing my thoughts and actions for what You are desiring. We learn from doing well as well as making mistakes. "We know that all things work for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28. Prayers for all those dealing with this disease, may we each find comfort in knowing You are God and are working all things out. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
