Psalms 135 - God Providence

"For the LORD has chosen Jacob for himself, Israel as his treasured possession.

House of Israel, bless the LORD! House of Aaron, bless the LORD! House of Levi, bless the LORD! You who fear the LORD, bless the LORD!"  ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭135:4, 19-20‬

Psalms 136 - God Providence.  "Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good! Sing to his name, for it brings joy!"  ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭135:3‬   Yahweh is not a distant God, He is ever present, yet some see Him as a distant God for they are not present to Him.  God gives us signs and wonders to recognize Him yet some chose to ignore them.  The day is coming that we all will need to be prepared for and it is not far off.  Do not ignore the signs of the times, do not ignore God, continue to put oil in your lamp.   He chose you and in turn we are called to chose Him.  ""Now, therefore, fear the LORD and serve him completely and sincerely. Cast out the gods your ancestors served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD. If it is displeasing to you to serve the LORD, choose today whom you will serve, the gods your ancestors served beyond the River or the gods of the Amorites in whose country you are dwelling. As for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."" Joshua‬ ‭24:14-15‬

What is God saying to me:  Prepare ye the Way.

Dear Father, it is a blessing to by Your side, to listen to Your promptings and heed Your voice, You are not distant but very close.   You see all that is going on and are preparing Your faithful for a glorious day.  Father help me see the good and ignore the lies of the evil one, You are greater than all of our anxieties.   Thank You for Your gifts, Your thoughts, Your blessings, there is joy in being in Your presence along with a discontentment that others are missing out on Your wonderful gifts.  Lead us Lord this coming week, bring about Your intentions and help us be present to You.  I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
