WEEK FIFTEEN: IN THE UPPER ROOM DAY 3

WEEK FIFTEEN: IN THE UPPER ROOM DAY 3

MORNING FACE TO FACE WITH GOD:
Begin with Prayer to the Holy Spirit

REPETITION OF DAYS ONE AND TWO:
Ask for sorrow with Christ in sorrow, anguish with Christ in anguish, tears and deep grief because of the great affliction Christ endures for me (#203).

Today, you are doing a repetition of Days One and Two of this week. In a repetition St. Ignatius says that "we should pay attention to and dwell upon those points in which we have experienced greater consolation or desolation or greater spiritual appreciation." (# 62) If you wish, you can do a triple colloquy: refer to #63 of the Third Exercise of the First Week.

What is God saying to you?  I am the Lord your God, hear my voice.  (God's heart is for each of us to hear His voice and respond to it)

NIGHT SESSION: General and Particular Examination of Conscience
For what are you grateful?   I am thankful for seeing Your plan come together, to witness the love You have for us and Your desire to teach us truth.  Thankful for a good day and the energy and desire to be part of it.

For what are contrite for?  For the desire to feed my ego and the feelings of seeking recognition.

Please review briefly your Morning Prayer topic. Make it your last thought of the day
