Week 23 - The Journey Day 7
"Therefore, I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come." Matthew 12:31-32
Standing with Love, Jesus. Has Jesus just condemned those who deny His divinity to hell in this scripture? Can Love deny those created in His image and likeness? No He can not but us made in His image and likeness must ask for forgiveness. To blasphemy the Holy Spirit is to deny His saving power, God is greater than the sum of all our sins!!!!
Stand beside love and see the battle He is in, see the pain of knowing what awaits those who love Him and yet can not ask for forgiveness. Denying the saving power of God is blasphemous but we have a lifetime to figure it out. Jesus waits with love knowing love conquers all, this world is filled with temptations, do not fall victim to the father of lies. Repent and seek the Kingdom of God, this is true joy.
What is God saying to me? You see what I see.
Dear Lord God, You are greater than all our troubles, bind the evil one under Your authority that we do not become pawns in his game. Prayers for friends in the battle waiting for Love to conquer all. Thank You Father for this day, thank You for hope in my heart and a song on my lips, You are greater than the sum of all my sins. To God be the glory now and forever, Amen.
