Daily Thoughts - Make God Known

Daily Thoughts - Make God Known

1281 Those who die for the faith, those who are catechumens, and all those who, without knowing of the Church but acting under the inspiration of grace, seek God sincerely and strive to fulfill his will, can be saved even if they have not been baptized

Humility.  I dine with Jesus this morning watching a room full of people come together.  They came to hear Jesus speak, to listen to what He had to say.  Did they hear what was spoken?  As Jesus observed the room, He witnessed what He spoke about, people taking places of honor and sitting based upon their own estimation.  As Jesus watched, He knows His Father in Heaven is no respecter of persons.  We are all the same in His eyes.

As we mature in our walk with Jesus, as you dine with Him, you will hear what He is saying.  His message will resonate within you as you observe the world that He sees.  "and the servant who was ignorant of his master's will but acted in a way deserving of a severe beating shall be beaten only lightly. Much will be required of the person entrusted with much, and still more will be demanded of the person entrusted with more."  ‭‭Luke‬ ‭12:48

Dear Father, it is another blessed morning as I watch You and the room that was filling up.  We can think better of ourselves only to be brought back into our rightful place.  May we not seek vain glory but only to please You and do Your will.  I thank You Father for all that You are doing, it is a glorious plan that only You could make happen.  Help us see our own transgressions are the pathway to a glorious ending if we would sit at Your feet and be attentive.  Love Your son.

Mary, Mother of Peace, Pray for us.
St Joesph, Pray for us.
St Patrick, Pray for us.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.  1 John 4:4b
