We become adopted sons and daughters into God's covenant family. A covenant is a mutual agreement where both sides honor their commitments. God gives us His commandments to honor and live. In turn He gives us eternity. What must we do? ""If you love me, you will keep my commandments." John 14:15. Love is the glue to any family, God never stops loving us, ever! It is a loving relationship, do you love in return.
Dear Lord God, You love us so much, You never stop loving us. Thank You for adopting me into Your covenant family. I thank You for teaching me, listening to me and guiding me in this crazy world that tries to deny You. May others respond to Your love and slowly change their world. I ask this through Your Son who died for our sins and was risen from the dead.
