Leviticus 4:2:35b 10-13-2019 www.dailythoughts.com

"Tell the Israelites: When a person inadvertently does wrong by violating any one of the LORD's prohibitions

Thus the priest shall make atonement on the person's behalf for the wrong committed, that the individual may be forgiven."
‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭4:2, 35‬

When we sin and are not aware of it, are we guilty of sinning? We are once we become aware of it and according to God's Word, the priest shall make atonement on our behalf. A lot of us struggle with the need to go to a priest but God intended we have them.  Without the priest there is no sacrifice on the altar, there is no atonement for our sins whether intended sin or unintended sin.  Who do you think wants to eliminate the priest?  Who has the most to gain when the priest no longer has a role in our lives?  Satan.  Living God's Word as He intended breathes life into us, His word breathes truth into our spirit.  Live it.

What is God saying to me:  intended or not, it still violates My Word, I banished Adam and Eve for not obeying.  Live My Word in your life.

Dear Father, You are loving and caring, You seek to teach us the truth and to live it in our lives.  Fill us with Your Holy Spirit as we search for meaning in our lives.  Show us where we are sinning and may not be aware of offending You.  Forgive me Father when I do, I place my heart and soul in Your care, I trust in You.   Bless this day Father, bless Your people and enlighten us with Your Word, in Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Our Lady of Good Success, Pray for us.
