"If, however, she cannot afford a lamb, she may take two turtledoves or two pigeons, the one for a burnt offering and the other for a purification offering. The priest shall make atonement for her, and thus she will again be clean." Leviticus 12:8
Sometimes we search for answers are there are none given, at least right away. In reading scripture we can not lean on our own understanding but the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The same can be said for our life at times, things are not always as they seem, God is at work. Living your faith and seeking God, this is what God desires. Otherwise we just kind of float along not knowing we are missing out.
Dear Father, You provide for all my needs, You place the desire and drive to seek You. You give us things to think about and ponder Your Word. You are God and have all the answers, may we recognize the stumbling blocks and willingly turn to You when there are no answers. Bless this week Father, Thank You for the lesson of faith, lesson of dependence, the lesson of humility, may I carry them into my day. Prayers for those in want, may they recognize You when it does not satisfy, in Jesus name, Amen.
