Deuteronomy 33 - a firm foundation.

"Happy are you, Israel! Who is like you, a people delivered by the LORD, Your help and shield, and the sword of your glory. Your enemies cringe before you; you stride upon their backs." Deuteronomy‬ ‭33:29‬

Deuteronomy 33 - a firm foundation.  Moses blessed the tribes of Israel.  Would life be easy for them in the promised land?  Moses knew they would face many challenges but he also knew they had been prepared by his example of walking with God.  Life will throw us challenges and with God, even though they are painful there is also a sense of peace.  Learning to be happy in the circumstances is a grace, maybe happy isn't the right word, joyful is better.  The enemy cringes because he knows those that walk with Christ can not be defeated yet he will try and break you.  Jesus was lowered into a dark, cold, dreary prison and left alone, yet He knew He was loved by His Father.  No matter the outcome He would be taken care.  And He was for He defeated the evil one and rose from the dead on Easter morning.  In all situations give God thanks for He is doing a mighty work in You, He is at work, trust in Him and walk with Him thru life.

What is God saying to me:  Words can not describe the picture I am giving you but you also convey the message all is well when you walk with Me, be at peace and sing My praises even in the storm.

Dear Father, You have placed many situations before me this morning and my heart just wants to sing Your praises, it wants to give what Moses gave, nothing but blessings.  You are faithful God and none of the trials that we encounter will hurt us when we walk with You.  Prayers of strength for those being tempted, prayers of joy for those feeling alone, prayers of courage for those feeling fearful.  You are my foundation Lord, You are in the boat and we are at peace.  Bless this day Lord, May it produce the yield that You desire and may I be a blessing in Your Kingdom this day.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us.
St Joesph, pray for us.
