Easter Thursday - Looking for a sign. The simplicity of scripture and the hidden treasure within God's word. We as a people have not changed much over the years. We look for the new and exciting missing the opportunity to encounter the saving grace of God. We also question in our hearts can this really be the Christ? What do others know that I do not. It is Jesus in the flesh, He has never left us. "For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink." John 6:55. The one we seek is the Christ, that yearning in your heart is God calling. Peter says it best: "Repent, therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be wiped away, and that the Lord may grant you times of refreshment and send you the Messiah already appointed for you, Jesus," Acts 3:19-20
What is God saying to me:
Dear Father, deep calls from deep, I see a mighty work beginning. I thank You for sending Your Holy Spirit upon us Father as You reveal to us the mysteries of Your Kingdom. Bless this day Lord and feed us with spiritual food. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
Mary, Queen of Saints, pray for us.
