Psalms 41 - Be still and let God

""But you, LORD, take note of me to raise me up that I may repay them." By this I will know you are pleased with me, that my enemy no longer shouts in triumph over me. In my integrity may you support me and let me stand in your presence forever."  ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭41:11-13‬

Psalms 41 - Be still and let God.  One of the hardest lessons to learn is to be still and let God, in my opinion.  Jesus lived this His entire life, taking direction from His Father, all the way to the cross.  He rose from the dead and His enemy had been defeated, the worst had been defeated for He lives.  In our own lives we need to learn to be still, take in what comes our way and trust in the guidance of our Father above.  Not to act in haste but allow Him to work for you, live in His presence all the days of your life.  I am thankful there is repentance for I am still a work in progress that still needs refined.

What is God saying to me:  Be still and listen, the song bird knows his place and time.  Do as he does.

Dear Father, there are many anxieties turning within that the only control I have is how I respond to outside influences.  Be greater in me than the i in me, you know the best way forward and do not need my help other than be obedient.  I thank You for the plans that are in motion that will continue to grow and bear fruit in the future.  Forgive me for my rashness, may I not forget these lesson too soon, I see the error of my ways.  I pray for those living with anxieties, help them be still and trust in You, all will be well.  Bless this day Father, give me insight for the challenges and courage to step out when the time comes.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Spouse of the Holy Spirit, pray for us.
