Daily Thoughts - Preparation.
"Who pardons all your sins, and heals all your ills, Who redeems your life from the pit, and crowns you with mercy and compassion, Who fills your days with good things, so your youth is renewed like the eagle's." Psalms 103:3-5
Waiting upon the Lord, you ever ask God to help with something and then you wait for Him? Sometimes He comes pretty quick to reveal the answer that you are seeking other times it is in His time.
I am reminded this morning in both of these results, we are waiting together as He works all things out. It is the love of the Father that we seek and He seeks the love of His child without the sin. The purity of thought is what He gives when we ask and then we wait. Do we trust Him to wait or do we take matters into our own hands?
Love never misguides nor condemns, it is. In the deep dive He is along side helping in the process, so if waiting is the result then we do not wait by ourselves. Happy Advent as we wait upon the Lord.
Dear Father, the image is real and the roots run deep but there You are by my side not permitting us to be separated. There is no emotion within, that keeps us apart, only love that binds us together. Love goes beyond the roots and reveals the truth. Brighten this day with new found information, quicken our resolve to make the changes and give each of us a sensitive conscience to get to the root of the matter. In Jesus name, Amen.
