"When I see your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and stars that you set in place— What is man that you are mindful of him, and a son of man that you care for him?" Psalms 8:4-5
"God created mankind in his image; in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. God blessed them and God said to them: Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and all the living things that crawl on the earth." Genesis 1:27-28
The love of God for His creation. Listen to God as He speaks, not only did He create us in His image but He also gave us dominion over all the living things. So the questions that the Psalmist asks has been answered at the dawn of time. That is how much we are loved by God.
It stands in contrast to what the rebel chief (the evil one) says. He tells us it is he that has dominion over you, the lie that he tells traps us if we are not careful, until God enters the scene. I see God's perfect creation before Satan took root and now today it is a battle. Yet God in His infinite wisdom speaks and so it is. Whom do you listen to? "God looked at everything he had made, and found it very good. Evening came, and morning followed—the sixth day." Genesis 1:31
That world still exists with God at the center(daily prayer), without God it is a living hell that goes unnoticed.
Dear Father God, I see the care Ya'll had in creating us, I see the depth of love Ya'll have for each of us at a personal level. How Ya'll convey a message that penetrates the deep to enliven our senses. I thank Ya'll for the opportunity to sit and see the Son of Man at work without the blindness of sin within. Prayers for efforts that are fruitful, for works that produce Your will. I thank You for the beauty of Your creation in a world in need of being subdued by Jesus, the Son of the Living God. In Jesus name, Amen.
