Daily Thoughts 12-8-2017 Genesis 3:12

"The man replied, "The woman whom you put here with me—she gave me fruit from the tree, so I ate it." Genesis‬ ‭3:12‬

Mary is the new Eve!  Mary gave us fruit from the tree as well.  It was Mary's yes that enables our Heavenly Father to send His Son to redeem us by the blood of the cross.  We are born with original sin, we play no role in this, we did not make this decision for ourselves but we do play a role in Mary's redemptive nature, we make the decision.  Do we eat of the fruit that she provides?   Have you accepted Christ into your life?  What about His Mother?  She cared for and raised Jesus from the time of His birth.

Eve was created without sin, it had not entered into humanity. The Son of God could not have been born in an unclean Vessel.  God provided a way for this to happen, through the immaculate conception of Mary. Mary was born without original sin just like Eve.  Mary, perfected the role that Eve was to play.  Through her free will, she obeyed all the laws of God.  She gives you the fruit of eternal life, her Son Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father, Yes!  I willingly eat of the tree of Life that Your Son Jesus provides for me.  My heart is ready O God, my heart is ready.  Breath life into this weary bones so I may be a part of Mary's yes.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Ark of the Covenant, pray for us.

A gift from our Mother Mary!  Listen to the words and contemplate your journey.

Come Holy Spirit, living in Mary.  I, ___________________________  , a repentant sinner, renew and ratify today in your hands,
O, Immaculate Mother, the vows of my Baptism. I renounce Satan and resolve to follow Jesus Christ even more closely than before.  Mary, I give you my heart. Please set it on fire with love for Jesus. Make it always attentive to his burning thirst for love and for souls. Keep my heart in your most pure Heart that I may love Jesus and the members of his Body with your own perfect love.

Mary, I entrust myself totally to you: my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions. Please make of me, of all that I am and have, whatever most pleases you. Let me be a fit instrument in your immaculate and merciful hands for bringing the greatest possible glory to God. If I fall, please lead me back to Jesus. Wash me in the blood and water that flow from his pierced side, and help me never to lose my trust in this fountain of love and mercy.  With you, O Immaculate Mother - you who always do the will of God - I unite myself to the perfect consecration of Jesus as he offers himself in the Spirit to the Father for the life of the world. Amen.

Consecration day reflection, Mama Mary guides us if we allow her into our lives as her Son Jesus did.

See you tonight, 5:30 at High Hill Texas.
