Daily Thoughts 2-26-2018 Luke 6:36-37

"Be merciful, just as [also] your Father is merciful. "Stop judging and you will not be judged. Stop condemning and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven."  ‭Luke‬ ‭6:36-37‬

You ever question yourself?  I find myself doing that this morning.  Why am I writing these thoughts, who do I think that I am?  I am a child of God seeking perfection but falling short all the time.  In our own struggles we must learn to recognize the voice of God and the voice of the evil one.  Our Father who is loving and merciful will never condemn, He speaks life and truth.  The evil one wants you to judge, he wants you to condemn, he wants you not to forgive.  Be attentive to who you are listening to and know the difference between life and death, especially when it concerns your inner self.  His word is truth, follow it in all your ways.

Dear Heavenly Father breath life into these bones, give me a heart of compassion and an ear for truth.  Help me not to judge, help me not condemn, make me wise in Your ways so I maybe prepared for eternity.  Overcome my weaknesses and be my greatest strength.  I thank You God for the faithful, who dedicate their lives to You so we may learn and grow.  Bless this day with peace.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Mother of the Innocent, pray for us.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.  1 John 4:4b
