Proverbs 30:7-8 dailythoughts.com 9-27-2018

"Two things I ask of you, do not deny them to me before I die: Put falsehood and lying far from me, give me neither poverty nor riches; provide me only with the food I need;" Proverbs‬ ‭30:7-8

What a powerful little prayer!  How many of us bounce out of bed each day not giving God a second thought, not even in the front of our minds.  Who made you?  God did!  Do we ask for help, do we ask God to remove the deception from our ways and in what we do?  Are we satisfied with what we receive each day or are we constantly looking for more or wishing things away?  If God is at your side and you are honoring Him with your life then He is giving you the food that you need.  Maybe that food is to remove the falsehood that is in you.  Maybe that food is to strengthen you.  Why did God make You?

God made you to know Him, to love Him, and to serve Him in this world, and to be happy with Him for ever in heaven.   Be blessed today with what ever He has in store for you!

Dear Heavenly Father, You know I love You and I know You give me what I need.  I ask for help in all things in my life.  I pray You are greater in me than I am today.  Help me be the best me I can be today.  I accept what You give for You are my all.  All I want in life is You, I pray You will not let me settle for anything else!  You amaze me why more than I deserve in my interior self.  Amen.

Mary, Mother of Love, pray for us.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.  1 John 4:4b
