"His master said to him, 'Well done, my good and faithful servant. Since you were faithful in small matters, I will give you great responsibilities. Come, share your master's joy.'" Matthew 25:21
"Come, share your master's joy." What is the master's joy? Was it the talents that got multiplied or was it the servant that gained the knowledge and understanding? It was the servant. Are you helping others grow and change in their own lives? We each must grow and change to gain the knowledge and understanding that God wants to give us. Then we can assist in greater responsibilities. The joy is found in striving and applying ourselves daily in God's Kingdom. He needs more servants that will follow His Son Jesus. Share in the Master's joy now by helping others find Christ and to be able to hear and understand His voice through the Holy Spirit. This is multiplication to the tenth degree. Be faithful in small things, like your daily walk, prayers and prepare yourself for greater responsibilities.
Dear Father God, it is such a beautiful morning sitting and watching the day appear. The stillness and quiet makes for the perfect time to contemplate Your word. Master, You are my Teacher, I trust in You and Your guidance. I thank You for this time this morning to be blessed with Divine revelation. Your thoughts flood my head and I enjoy these moments in a fast paced life. May my life be a pleasing offering to You. Prayers today for my family and our Holy Church, may we be ever vigilant to Your calling. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
Mary, Our Lady of Good Success, pray for us.
There is only one Jesus and therefore there is only One Holy and Apostolic Catholic Church. Division is of the devil.
Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4b
