"Does this shock you? What if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before?" John 6:61-62
Jesus speaks another truth, one we all agree upon. Jesus does have to shock our reality but in doing so He reveals Himself to us. We recognize God in our midst and what is possible. He doesn't do this without presenting evidence of who He is. There is a joy in sitting at the Masters feet, listening to His words as He speaks them. In the moments of quiet contemplation He draws us closer to Him, He awakens Himself to us and He becomes real.
What is God saying to me: I AM God, My reality is not yours, I AM.
Dear Father God, You are awe inspiring, You bring peace to my heart and soul when I enter Your presence. It has been one mind blowing week, that I still struggle to understand but through it all I trust in You, with all my heart, all my soul and all my mind. Engage our senses Lord to believe in the possibilities, remove any doubt we may have and breath life into our spirits, there is a world in need of You. I ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
Mary, Our Lady of the Cross, pray for us.
