God calls all Christians to be one, as He and Jesus are one. "complete my joy by being of the same mind, with the same love, united in heart, thinking one thing." Philippians 2:2. What two groups is Jesus speaking about, they both believe in Him? We are all called to go into the world and preach the Gospel, this authority was given to us by Jesus Christ. We should insure we are focusing our efforts on those who don't believe. No different than how Paul divided the Sanhedrin by challenging the different beliefs, Satan will do the same to believers. We should each to strive to understand each other and be united by Christ Jesus as one body.
Dear Lord God, there are many in this world who are misled and not being guided by love. Refocus their efforts on Your great commission, to preach the gospel by actions of love. Help us be united in our efforts and be of one mind as You and Dad are. Bless this day Lord, protect us in our travels and renew the minds of the faithful with Your peace. In Jesus name, Amen.
