"To this end, we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and powerfully bring to fulfillment every good purpose and every effort of faith, that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, in accord with the grace of our God and Lord Jesus Christ." 2 Thessalonians 1:11-12
How is your walk with God going? Are you overwhelmed with His joy or does it feel like you are stumbling in the dark? Are you conquering or being conquered? The only difference between these contrasts is having God in the center. With God as your vision you see He is being glorified in all situations. Step back a little today and take an inventory of where you are at and how far you have come. Give thanks for prayer being answered in your life, give thanks for the trials, God considers you worthy. Muscle isn't built without effort, spiritual strength isn't built without trials and fortitude. To Christ be the glory!
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for the training, I thank You for Your Holy Spirit and the desire to push forward especially in times when I don't feel like it. You are my strength, You are my joy, today I praise You and thank You for the victories and the trials. I praise You for being a witness to Your glory in action. I love You! Amen.
