"I, then, a prisoner for the Lord" Ephesians 4:1a. We are all prisoners of our own choices, nothing happens to you without you allowing it or freely choosing. Jesus gives us the choice to be held captive by Him. To use the gifts God has given us to build the Kingdom of God. You may not like the current divide in this world and all that comes with it, but you have a choice in how you respond. Will your response be of God or the other warden who condemn us for our actions. I choose God. ""No one can serve two masters. He will either hate one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon." Matthew 6:24
Dear Father God, we are made in Your image with the power to choose right from wrong. You sent Your Son to pay for our sins so we may repent and live in peace under Your tutelage. Help me see the cause and effect of my choices and I give You full authority to correct me. You are my Master and I freely choose You, the food that You give is eternal. Prayers for a blessed day and thank You to be able to witness Your Kingdom continue to grow. Amen.
