"And the Lord replied, "Who, then, is the faithful and prudent steward whom the master will put in charge of his servants to distribute [the] food allowance at the proper time?" Luke 12:42
You are the keeper of the key, for someone! "Then Judas, his betrayer, said in reply, "Surely it is not I, Rabbi?" He answered, "You have said so." Matthew 26:25. How many of us think we aren't capable or we need everything to be just right. Our lives are a gift from God, You are the steward of your life. Your events prepares you to help others. When is the proper time for you? "Behold, now is a very acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation." 2 Corinthians 6:2b. You do not know when Jesus is coming, listen to God, respond when He asks and just act. Be the faithful servant some lost soul needs what you have been given!
Dear Lord God, I hear you calling and know not to say but I will go. Be in my thoughts, my actions and my words. Forgive me for my past transgressions, instill Your confidence within. I thank You for all that You are giving, some days seem monotonous but I know You are involved with EVERY detail of our lives. You loved us from death into life. May we recognize the opportunities in our lives to be good and faithful stewards. In Jesus name, Amen.
Mary, Mother of Love, pray for us.
