Luke Chapter 8, Advent Day 8

"But he took her by the hand and called to her, "Child, arise!" Luke‬ ‭8:54‬

Advent Day 8 - It is the Christmas Season, the coming of the Lord.  How did Jesus, as one of us, speak miracles into existence?  Did he do it as God?  He was God but He didn't use His divinity to make this happen.  He called upon His Father because Jesus abided with Him.  Jesus knew the right order of things, he was the perfect spotless lamb.    "Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied." ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:6‬.  We are all called to Righteousness, the right order of things and our Father in Heaven must respond if we are like Jesus.  You are being called to holiness this advent season, to abide with our Father in Heaven.  It is funny but we all want to get to Heaven, do we get to stroll in or do we , like Jesus, have to strive for it?  Jesus didn't earn it but He did do what He knew He had to do.  Miracles do happen, every single day, and we are all capable of them.

What is God saying to me: The Holy Spirit In you knows what to say and how to say it.

Dear Father, I pray for the lost children of Israel who are drinking coffee this morning in a sanctuary, may they see the right order of things and be called back to holiness.  Father, I see You at work making all things right, insuring that all are found.  Inspire us to speak the truth, inspire us to read and understand Your Word, to sit at Your feet and ponder.  Thank You Father for an amazing day yesterday, it went exactly as You planned, we are all connected when we operate within the Body of Christ.  Thank You for the out pouring of Your graces and blessings upon those who listened and responded.  Bless this day Lord, Thank You for being blessed with beautiful examples of holy women in my life, my mother, my grandmother and especially our Blessed Mother.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Conceived without sin, pray for us.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.  1 John 4:4b
