Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; I wait for you, O LORD." Psalms 25:1, 21
Psalms 25 - Change. My spirit stirs this morning not really knowing what to say. There is an unknown about the events that are going on and what tomorrow has yet to unfold. Yet there is also a comfort in the ways of old, in the value of prayer and being in your presence Lord. Oh how my heart wants to praise You. "Make known to me your ways, LORD; teach me your paths. Guide me by your fidelity and teach me, for you are God my savior, for you I wait all the day long." Psalms 25:4-5. There is no better way than to wait upon the Lord, in Him we trust.
What is God saying to me: I have got your attention, now we will learn to trust in Me, for you walk by faith and not by sight, tomorrow is Mine.
Dear Father God, this is foreign to me and to many. I pray for the strength to move forward without seeing yet trusting in our steps. Watch over us Father and lead us in the ways we are to go. Prayers for all those who are worried, give them comfort in knowing You. I thank You for Holy Mother Church, in Her infinite wisdom to guide us in difficult times. Bless this day Father, keep us safe and may we rest easy in knowing You are in control. In Jesus name, Amen.
