Daily Thoughts - The celebration of Christmas.

Daily Thoughts - The celebration of Christmas.

"If we accept human testimony, the testimony of God is surely greater. Now the testimony of God is this, that he has testified on behalf of his Son. Whoever believes in the Son of God has this testimony within himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar by not believing the testimony God has given about his Son."  ‭‭1 John‬ ‭5‬:‭9‬-‭10‬

The testimony of God about His son and what Truth is.  We can become fixated on the particular scripture down to the minute detail and not fully grasp a deeper meaning.  This is part of our human nature and how we have prepared ourselves.  Within daily prayer sitting at the feet of God the Father, He teaches, He prepares us to receive His testimony.

God the Father, wrote a book about His Son, within all of the Bible is His testimony about His Son and the bread of life; life is a great teacher.  The life we are given is a gift from God, what you do with it is your gift back.  "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I dedicated you, a prophet to the nations I appointed you."  Jeremiah‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬

Our life is hidden within Jesus and how He lived in joy and how He suffered for us.  My words will not convey the message my heart wants to say.  It is a lived experienced, this is the testimony God grants us when we focus upon the Triune God and the life He gives us once we listen and follow.  Happy New Year

"He brings peace to your borders, and satisfies you with finest wheat. He sends his command to earth; his word runs swiftly!"  ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭147‬:‭14‬-‭15‬.  Know Jesus-Know God.  No Jesus-No God.

Dear Father, I thank You for the insights within Your Holy Word, the picture is becoming clearer through daily lived experiences and the gift of life, even the difficult parts.  May we recognize the trials and tribulations of Christ as He was being scourged at the pillar, it wasn't easy for the son of man.  Amen.
