Daily Thoughts - Make God Known
1280 Baptism imprints on the soul an indelible spiritual sign, the character, which consecrates the baptized person for Christian worship. Because of the character Baptism cannot be repeated
One Heart. I witness Jesus heal the man with dropsy better known as fluid build up in the body. He heals him on the sabbath and it was the man's faith that healed him. Jesus knew his heart and his belief, he also knew the lack of charity in the scholars and Pharisees. They were perfect in their own minds and had their own image of God. They could not see the injustices and burdens they were placing upon another.

Jesus was seeking to heal their hearts, to look beyond themselves and see the cry of the poor. Paul speaks of the same in the first reading as he looked with one heart, the heart of God. As we live today, we all our sinners, do we condemn and pass judgement or do we look to give what God has given us!
Dear Father, it is a beautiful day to be alive, to live in a world knowing that we are loved by You. Help us look beyond the difficulties that are placed in front of us and find ways to bring Jesus into the hardened heart. Thank You Father for the beauty of this morning and the opportunity to live out the calling that You have placed within. I see the vision over the years not realizing what You have been doing. Bless the rest of this day and all that it has yet to bring. Love Your son.
