The Supper of the Lord! I dine with Jesus this morning, savoring His word and chewing on its meaning. I will never be able to repay Him for the gift of life that He has given. I ponder the joys of life and take in its beauty realizing that to whom much has been given much is expected.
The Supper of the Lord! I dine with Jesus this morning, savoring His word and chewing on its meaning. I will never be able to repay Him for the gift of life that He has given. I ponder the joys of life and take in its beauty realizing that to whom much has been given much is expected.
God expects nothing back other than our faithfulness. He gives without desire for repayment and knowing once it has been received, it will given away to another that has yet to enter the dining room.
Count your blessings and be grateful for all that is going on within your world. Listen with the heart and respond in love, it is here where the Lord resides ready to give what has been given. Have a blessed day!
Dear Father, I don't always get it when the head takes charge but when I sit with the heart and just be, it all comes together. Thank You for the gift of this day, may my offering back speak of who You are and what You have done. Prayers for a world walking in darkness, may we see its futile efforts and invite another into the Supper of the Lord. Love Your son.
