"For we who live are constantly being given up to death for the sake of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh." 2 Corinthians 4:11
Each day we are being given up to death for the sake of Jesus, Jesus was persecuted for His thoughts, His beliefs. He challenged the Scribes and Pharisees, He challenged their authority and their truth. Do I do the same with my life? Do I reflect the love that Christ shares? Am I willing to be persecuted for His/my beliefs? Will I die to self so He may live in my mortal body?
Dear Lord God, You know the struggles that I deal with, help this day to live as You would. Help me challenge the authority of this world so You maybe glorified. Give me strength when I am weak. Use me today to do Your will. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
