Daily Thoughts 7-3-2017 John 20:25

"So the other disciples said to him, "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see the mark of the nails in his hands and put my finger into the nailmarks and put my hand into his side, I will not believe." ‭John‬ ‭20:25‬

"I have seen the Lord", sharing Christ with someone who doesn't believe can be a challenge especially if they are like Saint Thomas.  His brothers whom he was in fellowship with were telling him, yet he didn't take their word.  Don't be frustrated with those whom you have approached, when they do see the Lord they will be just as determined but this time it will be their belief they will be professing not their unbelief.

Dear Lord Jesus, help us in our discipleship to be understanding where people are at in life.  May we recall our unbelief and how we responded to others.  Give us the grace to be patient with our selves.  You are the way, the truth and the life, and we are the messengers.   In Jesus name, Amen.

Mary, Mother of God, pray for us.
